The panel met last night and discussed
the first area of discussion will be Artitst
management?
First of all we defined want a manager is? It was
all agreed that a manager should be a person that organizes, accompianists
musicicans, arranges rehearsals, transport, accommodations, photo shoots,
booking gigs, publicity and advertising and finally keeping track of the
different accounts.
The panel
felt que an artist needs someone good to be able to manage all of the above,
and also to be part of an honest joe, and of course part shark. All artist need
someone who will be efficient, trustworthy, honest, and keep them totally
informed, and hopefully can negotiated
in your favourable contracts.
Today will
