And finally some darn good news.

Well it seems that lots of raza have lost their way in the fog for believing those reality t.v. stars that want to be our future leaders. The only problem in believing them is like American soap operas they never end. Let’s clear the air and let go and turn that tube off for awhile.

La commadre Helen told us que some white man and a color man and some one that looked like el compadre were driving around late at night shoot dogs and cats. She also said que she was staying up real late at night to make sure her dogs and cats weren’t harm and was causing lots of health problems by stay up late. You know at my age I am in bed by 6pm and knowing that these men are driving around early in the morning I have to make sure we are all safe.  So as of now she is asking los vato loco’s volunteer’s fire fighter to drive around the hood in their 1978 for whatever to make sure they watch out and look out for that white man , and a color man and el pincha man that looks like el compadre.

He told another group of folks that the county and the city and our barrio were doing better than ever. He told the group que not many had left the hood for work due to the fact that all the new development had created more jobs that folks from across the tracks were looking for work over here. So he encouraged barrio member to re-elect him and that he would strive for us and not for them. And promise not to put too much pressure on the use of you know what and he encourage many to stay on the pill!

It’s a sad day when some barrio radicals don’t even know the differences between immigrants and migrants. That was the big issues yesterday when believe it or not some Raza members actually picketed a barrio member running for local office. The protester told the only vato willing to run that his ideas of allowing legal immigrants in the hood were a bad idea when we already had a ton of migrants here! The only vato told them “look if you don’t like my comments about this hard working folks that are both immigrants and migrants have a place to live and that’s right here in the hood, furthermore 90 percent of you out there come from family members that were either legal immigrants or migrants”. The meeting ended with no big problems for the exception of those few Raza que didn’t want to listen to all jumbo mambos.
