It has been
determine que this year’s Sept 16 festival will feature world classcharanga
dances, and will be performing at our barrio westhinhouse barrio mall, our
barrio this year will be well represented by our very own charanga dance Dona

Yesterday ten
chicanos were arrested after they chased down a poor barrio resident dressed as
