Well it’s that time again, now for the headline news for today:
Vato staggering along west Richard, local residents call constables office.
Homeless family asked to move, no camping allowed inside the city barrio limits.
La commadre de la commadre hit by truck.
And finally from our French correspondent Francisco Delgado del Gaulle, with the story que a man alleged that a storeowner threatened him with a weapon.
Last night los vatos locos volunteer firefighters were called on an 811 call. Its seems que la commadre Susana, call 811 after her commadre GIGI got hit by a passing truck while she stood in the middle of the street. Before the vatos could get there it seems que la commadre managed to get up and she got her self-checked into the hospital. But before constable cadena could get there, it seems que la commadre had already checked herself out of the hospital. The constable report stated que the truck was not damage.
Earlier this morning a barrio resident living at the 300 west Richard st. call the constable cadena office wanting to report que a vato had just passed her home and he seemed to be staggering. Once the constable got there it seems que he had already spoken to this dude twice this evening. Constable cadena stated que he had already determined que esta vato was not intoxicated.
And a police unit from across the tracks, stopped an inspected a car that was parked in a no parking zone. It seems que this people were napping in their car on third and wells street. Well somehow or another this car somehow qualified as a campers the police report indicated. And since this side of town had already passed a new municipal code, outlawing no camping in the hood. The people were asked to move on or be hauled and tow to jail.

Bonjour le raza de mille, hier à notre magasin faisant le coin, police de Paris se sont appelés pour interroger le propriétaire du magasin qui a allégué tiré un pistolet sur un client. Le que par propriétaire du magasin que le client n’a pas voulu laisser un client féminin seul. Après lui avoir demandé plusieurs fois, j’ai dû tirer le pistolet hors de ai dit le propriétaire du magasin, et dis ce client de partir. La police ne classera pas des frais contre le propriétaire du magasin, mais a été donnée une amende pour ne pas avoir une tenir compte d’elle. De nouveau à vous Alcardio.

Large number of tejano fans flea conjunto land,
And twenty-two arrested at the mall area.
El constable cadena has not released any names of the twenty-two arrested on an all day ordeal at the Westinghouse barrio mall area. It all started Saturday night. El constable cadena con el help del el ojo junior barrio private eye security barrio force666 were able to maintain order at the mall ten hours later. The twenty-two arrested are protestors, some clowns, and a few homeless folks were rounded up in the dark. And taken across the tracks to be jailed and booked.
In other news ten tejano fans were injured when a certain group was performing when the power turned off at el barrio conjunto enchanted land theme park. For some reason or another many of the concert goers starting running out the gate once all the power went off. These caused a stamped and ten tejano fans got run over and some were stomped on. The power shortage is being investigated by the fire department and the real cops from eastside.
And finally at the mall, the small protest turned to be a big massive attraction to all the hard core folks that don’t believe in a free press. While many were protesting la empanada conventions, some protestor were there looking for trouble. In all this cchwnn studio was ran sack and a total of seven other stores were damaged as the protestors ran through the mall area yelling and screaming and throwing #### and breaking stuff. El ojo barrio private academy was not damage since the students of the second floor academy barricade themselves inside the school. Anyhow this is also being investigated by the authorities.

And finally barrio lotto leaders arrested.
It seems that if things could go wrong, they will. Well that is the issue con our barrio lotto, I am sure many were hoping to get a chance on winning or getting some free bucks from our barrio lotto, well it’s not going to happen. Late last night real county cops and city police along con el constable cadena busted Manuel Vela the acting director for the barrio lotto on charges of steal barrio funds, Spending barrio funds, misleading board of directors for lotto, and losing almost all the lotto funds on gambling, and traveling charges with no proof he went anywhere, and buying personal stuff. His court hearing is pending.
In the last twelve days there has not been one single barrio street light working starting from the Westside along the north bound railroad tracks, all the way down third street up to the corner of Richard street and down towards 6 th street. City official from across the tracks have told Westside resident that local taxes and other stuff is suppose to pay for such city services but since no one on our side of the tracks have not paid their yearly taxes, the city took it on their own to shut all city street light power off until some folks down here pay up.
And finally, our man sancho clause was shot three times late last night when somebody was trying to car jack his home made look alike santa clause sled which he welded onto his 1979 ford whatever. His conditions are not known at this time but our constable cadena is asking for your help, if anyone has seen or heard anything dealing with this matter please contact us..

Kingsville, tx. Once again I am Gloria Guerra con this week’s barrio mall newsletter, if you didn’t know by now its economic stimulus weekend. Yea, your heard us right its economic stimulus weekend where everything here at the mall is on sale. Just bring that little check over here and buy a bunch of things. But for now let’s go con Maria la vandia down at the main showcase center.
Si, si Gloria y como estan, estamos real excited con this idea que esta checque is coming soon, reminds me de vato que everybody knows, sancho clause is coming to town. I am sure que when we were kids we all wish for thing from sancho clause pero como everything else, it never came. Well, this checque could be an adult disappointment tambien. Now lets go back to Gloria.
Ok sancho clause. Yea, thanks maria. Now lets go con Frankie tuxedio zungia con his report on the economic stimulus weekend onda.
Si Gloria we have a bunch of things going on, first of all Saturday morning it’s our “economic stimulus 5 k fun run”, which will be about 7 laps around the mall parking lot. We have also asked the local two clown unions to come out to do their thing. But besides all that we have many many barrio award winning bands for Saturday and Sunday. So come on out and don’t
Be prepared to spend all that little check right here, en your barrio mall, remember,why go to corpus and spend it there when we have all of it here. Now back to Gloria.

Si mi razz como estan todos. I am Jonathon barrios con todays barrio headline news:
La commadre Princess Maria Gomez had a horrific accident late last night at wells and third street. The constable tells us que la commadre was able to pry herself from the wreckage without a scratch and was applying fresh lipstick when el constable got to the scene of the accident. Based on el constables accident report the car looked like an accordion that was stomped by a few llamas. The constable asked princess is she was okay?and wondered how in the world did this happen, as the constable looked over the wrecked car. La commadre princess told el constable que a tree poped up in front of her, so she swerved to right and then another tree and then she swerve to the left and there was another tree and this way an that way, so the constable cut her off and told her que there weren’t any trees for at least seven blocks. The constable then realize what had happen and mentioned to ms Gomez, that wasn’t a tree it was your air freshner swinging back and forth. Pesse hejola.
in other news, Yesterday afternoon la commadre blanca flich found her inner peace by going to a barrio therapist. She told the first aid workers at the medical center que she was trying to finish what she started in order to find her inner peace, based on her therapist. In finding her inner peace, she finished 3 giant bags of potato chips, two pecan pies, a gallon of bacadi lemon, and a large easter bag of chocolate kiss candies. After everything she started she finished, he boyfriend rushed to the medical center for observation by were not aware que the medical center which is located in the mall had been shut down. By the time they got there she had already passed some gas and felt better. No charges will be filed.
And finally a few days ago, el constable cadena an some members of el ojo junior barrio private barrio security force666 were called to investigate a barrio man found murdered in his backyard tree house. The constable once at the scene found eddie valadez face down in his tree house bathtub. The bath tub had been filled with draft beer and peanuts, and popcorn and a flashlight was sticking out his b…..! el constable is asking barrio members for any information leading to an arrest for this crime. El constable suspects a drunk killer.

Kingsville,tx. Hello I am bill diaz con this special after fathers hejola report, so lets get to our award winning barrio headline news from this passed fathers day 2009.
Barrio father goes fish and busted.
Dos primos died during a father’s day roofing party.
And finally 33 year old vato find out who his real dad is?
Why would anyone want to start shit today, especially on father’s day, says adolfo buentello age 33, when his real mother and his not real day took him aside and told him that this man was not his real father. The bad news really came in at a bad time, it seems that this family had been drinking all day long and both parents decided to break the news gently. It didn’t go down too well con adolfo who got so upset que, he left the party and was arrested a few moments later by el constable cadena for dwi. As the family walked over to the scene of the crime, adolfo was sitting in the back seat of the constable car, when his mother told him, his real fathers name. El constable cadena had no comments. Oh by the way they did let him go.
Well what else could have gone work con el compadre bill william Garza Mendez y su second cousin Bob Jones Martinez Mendez when they all agreed que this father’s day was going to be the day we finally finish la commadre’s roof that had been pending since last father’s day.
We are assuimg que they must not have cable tv nor the weather channel which gave out heat warnings. Well once el primo bill got up on top of the roof and worked for several hours, the heat got up to about 135 degrees, especially walking on a thin roof, before you knew it, he suffered a heat stroke while on the roof. Once el otra primo, bob climbed on the roof and ran to help el primo bill, he also collapsed. Both men were pronounced died on the scene. Just for your information the roof project was not finished but inside sources say que the family said once insurance money comes in, they are going to hire a real roofing company.
And finally, It seemed like a good idea to go fish says paulito blanco, once he opened his father day’s gift, which was a sparkly brand new fishing rob. Well the sad part was that he forgot to buy a fishing license and forgot that he should not be drinking and driving. Well that was the case when he decided to go fishing at his child hood favor fishing spot. After several hours at his favor fishing spot, who by the way had not been there in seventeen years and all course didn’t see the game warden parked right outside that favor spot. He was fine and arrested and charges were fishing without a license and dwi.
Well raza, I just hope that you all had a great father’s day. For your information , I mean real information, my dad died on his birthday which fell on father’s day . we are counting the days towards tejano roots, this could be our year.

Barrio man arrested for making too much noise.
Brain freeze raspa cause big ass accident.
And finally barrio only black barbeque shop closed down.
When willie wigfall, an African American/ black man owner of the only barbeque café/shop was shut down for a few hours, after a fight broke out with one of its customers. It seems que Mr. wigfall refused to sell a small jar of his secret barbeque sauce, which contains a bit of alcohol and wine to a white customer, because the white dude couldn’t prove his age. We just don’t sell this stuff to anyone says mr. wigfall, but in this case I had never seen this customer or knew him.
The customer bill joe royal, a white dude from across the tracks was arrested and will be charge for the damages he did here at the shop. Oh by the way black barbeque shop has reopen its doors and has cut down on the amount of alcohol he uses in making his secret sauces.
In other news, It seems que el compadre Gilbert Salinas crashed his three wheeler bicycle, into an apartment complex lower floor and blamed it on a brain freeze from a cold snow cone, raspa for this mishap. Gilbert told el constable cadena que the sharp and sudden pain on top of his head was what cause he to lose control of his three wheeler bicycle. When willie wigfall, an African American/ black man owner of the only barbeque café/shop was shut down for a few hours, after a fight broke out with one of its customers. It seems que Mr. wigfall refused to sell a small jar of his secret barbeque sauce, which contains a bit of alcohol and wine to a white customer, because the white dude couldn’t prove his age. We just don’t sell this stuff to anyone says mr. wigfall, but in this case I had never seen this customer or knew him.
The customer bill joe royal, a white dude from across the tracks was arrested and will be charge for the damages he did here at the shop. Oh by the way black barbeque shop has reopen its doors and has cut down on the amount of alcohol he uses in making his secret sauces.

Yesterday afternoo, humberto Guitierrez, confessed to el constable cadena at a DUI check point que the station wagon he was driving was mainly used for transporting corpses for his second employer who owns a mortuarys services. But did admit que he uses the station wagon mainly on his first job, that’s to deliver tacos from “ el primos quick taco stand/ we deliver”.

Mr reed was rushed to el barrio st.pauls medical center at the mall, but later transported to a real hospital on the east side of those darn rail road tracks. Mr mansillas told el constable que he could only remember only the aftermath. Chinga, god help me, he also mention que maybe el polka god above was smiling on him and didn’t want him to die. Mr mansillas suffered broken rids, both punctured lungs, and muchas mass injuries.

The art of being a parent and a youth leader sometimes doesn’t quite add up. Youth baseball is a pure example of what kind of parent you are or can be. My god our children will all not end up being a great player but he might just learn how to a great person. Kids learn from us. So go ahead an urge with officials, go ahead a make a scene, go ahead a get kicked out of a baseball field. And when the day comes that your kid talks back to you, thank yourself.

Our local postal workers have requested all the residents on third and wells to have their dogs tied up or else says postal worker in charge Juan Dontsendmenobills. Si he said que it was getting out of hand. Just the other day a postal worker was chased by a large small toy dog and, frightened. The postal worker took refuge in his delivery wagon at corner of third and wells. He called local constable from the wagon. Constable cadena came over and escorted Tinky the large small toy dog to his home, where the owner was told the constable que he would keep the dog from running loose.
Only yesterday, someone reported that the hamster cage at the Westinghouse barrio mall pet shop was dirty and overcrowded, and that some pups couldn't reach the water bottle, which was on its side anyway and not functional. The constable went an checked in and found a clean cage with accessible water and happy baby hamsters sleeping in a bowl. The constable wasn’t sure who was the person that had called, But would be monitoring the pet shop, along con el Barrio zoo.

The vato whose names was not released to the public (bill Alexander Sanchez) kept on calling the station on the Shout out hour, saying que kill ,kill and kill to if I needed to be somebody. Kill, kill I need your attention. El constable was a guest at the program hour and the caller id told us who he was. A warrant was issued out for his arrest and if you see or hear about this person please call the constable.

Anyway how did this discussion start I don’t know. Now let talk about the confidence we have had over the last two months. First lots of folks spend so much money here lately waiting for those darn storms that never got here. Our assessments of the current barrio conditions remain positive.
But are a bit worried que a significant amount of raza will have a real hard winter this year with the much higher home heating bills this winter. And to add to this the less number of barrio members not going out as much due to he increase of gasoline.
All this might just take some cheer out of the upcoming holiday season. We recommend to all business in the hood que to avoid a blue Christmas, they need to lure shoppers con chingos de sales and discounts, starting now. Now for our barrio report:
Las tortillas: Well la tortilla war of 2005 has not move either this way or that way and continues to see a slow start in rehiring barrio members that got layoff a few months ago. “Las tortillas in a can” own by a gringo company from across the tracks sales have increase at least 3 percent say ceo/ged/abe/esl/ Don Miller. From missing water heaters to stolen air conditioners have been reported and most of this items have been stolen from realities of those in charge.

Hello I am Gloria Guerra mall manager and very glad to be back. 2009 brings hope to so many, either for our customer or our business owner, we are always looking to bring in shopper and that is why, the mall has extended its contract con cchwnn for next ten years. That way we will host all special events and will continue to develop the Barrio WEB CAM coming really soon.
Our contract con cchwnn will establish the BARRIO WEB CAM HEJOLA WEEKLY NEWS. Our readers will be able to meet and see our staff in action. Guarantee to Bring you barrio news, que other large networks won’t cover. But we do, because we think que its very important for you to know what is going on in the hood.
Furthermore we are real excited que we are hosting the eight annual barrio music awards sometime next year, here at our center court of the mall. So send in those names and groups. raza.

The filming company Chicano cornerstone will continue this semester to film and use local university students actors’ y student film crews. Now that new dating service that just opened on this side of the track “Barrio Pen Pal services”, where you can meet that barrio person you being looking for. It is located on the center of our second floor. We are glad to announce que its on the up and up dating company y que we are different , just check out our police background on this company. We have determined que its not that other type of services que one would think it is, well it’s not. It is doing find and looking for folks.
Finally, raza, yesterday afternoon members of a cardboard factory de la frontera named “ EL CUADERNO DE LA CALLE SEIS” owned and operated by el Dr. Castillo De La Galieia y la familia met con our barrio mall management y other barrio business in order to establish a way to transport cardboard boxes to their factory along the border for recycling. Several ideas were shared and even the possibility of building a huge Mexican owned cardboard recycle plan in the hood. One thing for sure is que el dr. de la Galieia has opened its American brand office on the second floor of our mall. It is final and we should have further information on that.

Kingsville,tx. Hello again I am General Fideo Vermicelli with some dam good news for the hood. We just got word from our barrio founding fathers and a few mothers that the barrio lotto 2009 will be giving out 2009 Barrio Stimulus Checks for those families that might be eligible. The only major problem is how much money is there to give away?
Now with that information is Johnnie el quemo!
Si thank you Fideo, well the major problem is that el barrio lotto was able to generate about $2000, this past year and the barrio lotto folks decided to give the left over funds, of course after administrative cost. So here is the breakdown on how much will be available for those that might be eligible?
Total funds : $2000.00.
Administrative cost 20%= $400.
Cost to print forms =$100.
Cost for el primo to deliver forms=$200.
Cost to let people know = $300.
Total cost for stimulus check program=$1000.
In addition there will be a tax charge of 38% from the $1000. That will be available to give away. That equals to $380. Now ,leaving a grant total of $620.00, to be awarded.
Than of course, there the issue of local tax and state tax, and federal tax, and barrio tax, which come to a total of $358. Leaving available $ 272 for our barrio stimulus check for the year.
So as you can see Fideo, its lots of money for a few folks. So don’t lose hope and be sure and be looking for that check.

Total cost for stimulus check program=$1000.
In addition there will be a tax charge of 38% from the $1000. That will be available to give away. That equals to $380. Now ,leaving a grant total of $620.00, to be awarded.
Than of course, there the issue of local tax and state tax, and federal tax, and barrio tax, which come to a total of $358. Leaving available $ 272 for our barrio stimulus check for the year.
So as you can see Fideo, its lots of money for a few folks. So don’t lose hope and be sure and be looking for that check.

Heaveno raza. Today is a very sad day. Seems there is never enough money to go around. But what can be done about? Nothing said the blind man to his two deaf sons.
Now for the barrio headline news:
Man dress like cantinflias arrested,
La commadres frontyard fence sprayed con dirt word,
And local taverns owners all agreed they would ask drunks to go home.
Yesterday tavern owners gathered at our local community center to discuss the major problems concerning the increase of drunks and the problems they were causing lately. It seems que since football season is over more and more drunks have been coming out into the public taverns says one owner. Another owner also second that comment. The organization of cantinas y dancehall all agreed that these kinds of problems are just what we don’t need.
After a few minutes of discussing these problems, it was determined que ten barrio residents were pointed out as the ones causing problems. So it was agreed by this organization que whenever this person showed up at their bars they were going to be asked to leave and would refuse to service them. They were sure que all of the problems would go away.
In other news la Commadre Tula called the constable cadena to her home yesterday morning and reported que she was being harassed. When the constable arrived at her home, he did noticed que someone had spray-painting the word “HO” on her front yard fence. When the constable asked what seemed to be the problem, she said que she was receiving phone calls and saying que she was a “HO”. But since she didn’t have i.d. caller or star 69, she really couldn’t tell whom it was that was calling. The constable hated to do this but he informed her que someone had gone the extra mile and had spray painted the same word on her front yard.
The constable office will investigate this matter.
And finally, a man in a "cantiflas” outfit stationed himself at the entrance Westinghouse barrio mall and took on his own to harassing rather than amusing children and parents. Mall officials called el constable cadena and as asked him to ask this look alike “cantiflas” fellow to leave the mall premise, stating que they didn't want him here, they did not want it there, they did not want it anywhere. After a few minutes el constable offer him a ride to a local tavern in which the man agreed to leave.

Heaveno raza como estan? We just got back and are we tired. It was a long fly back, but here we are. Now for today head-line news:
Garage sales permits go up,
20% of the hood members move first of the month,
And WESTINGHOUSE BARRIO MALL approves barrio storage units.
>WESTINGHOUSE BARRIO MALL management approved a barrio storage unit to be built on the new third floor being planned to be build in the mall. La families Zapata family owners of the new proposed Barrio storage units, will open 30 Barrio storage units.
It’s a great place to storage that stuff one don’t need or being hauling around for years. Los Zapata’s say que la raza is always looking for storage space. Excess to the third floor is still being planned, “It’s no problem building the storage units on the third floor, the trouble is how to get your stuff up there” says the assistant to the assistant mall manager. Several options are being considers on how to drive onto the third floor.
>In other news, it was estimated que at least one out of five barrio family members move at the first of the month. After driving around the hood this weekend, my god was it busy. I swear it was mad out there . Raze coming and going, going and coming and some not every coming back. The results of our estimates did not indicate reason why people move, but I am sure que there are many reasons.
And finally, the barrios fathers and mothers have been picketing city hall on the ridiculous increase in obtaining a garage sales permit. Like we mention a few weeks ago que the new price increase was schedule to be in affect come July first. Well it’s here says a barrio member wanting to have a garage sale next weekend.. It’s outrageous and un- American to charges so much on so little return. The new fee is $100 per for a two day permit or a percentage of the sales.huh…..hejolia…

Kingsville, tx. Hello again and como estan todos? I am Jonathon Barrios, Well we are here and you are there and we do have some updates on our special reports from our alley reporters “el ojo “ barrio private eye y Johnnie El Quemon ..
NOW with an update on the case of “on trail to the truth”, here is el ojo…
Hello my raza, I am “el ojo”. First of all thanks to all the folks that use highway 281 north, to all those that love to use their car horns, hey man don’t honk, give me a ride, pincha raza…oops.
Well we have been walking around here in san anto, first we stopped at the historical San Jose mission, and walked around for awhile looking for esta short vato with a fat face, but no luck, just found old stuff and lots of tourist. Buy used stuff, reminded me of my house, you know, I bet I can make lots of money selling that stuff.
Second, we managed to get to the Alamo and were hoping to see old guys with young chicks. Again no luck, puro old people, walking around, taking pictures of old stuff ….we did ask a cop, if he knew, you know who, and if he had any information about you know what… he said, let me see your papers boy, pesse hejolia, I guess that’s what I get.
Third, since we had so spare changes we when over to the 5 and dime store across the street and killed so time there, looking at all the stuff made in china. And then we walked over to the majestic theatre.. wow, man it has changed since the last time I was there in 1958.
And finally we managed to get to Breaking Bridge park. Stop there for a while looking around for a short guy with a fat face and young chicks,,, hejolia there was a bunch of them.. but none had the voic... we wanted to hear. But we did see many of my primitive relatives at the zoo.. swear to god I honest though I saw mi tiyo Kito there, behind so small cage….eating some peanuts……
Well the end results was, we did find some interesting facts, not one no short dudes knew anything about what we were talking about. Second we will be walking around the city court yard waiting to see who might know anything about this injustice. Our next area will be the river walk, be looking for us….back to Jonathon..

Kingsville, tx. Hello again mi raza como estan, I am bill diaz con today’s award winning hejolia report. But first of all what’s up with all this rain, it just tell me we might just get that big one this year. And now for that award winning headline news.
Fire smoke alarms drive back in the hood,
Three barrio members get honored.
And another barrio study looking for you.
El primo’s son Matthew Molina a graduate student at our local college has asked us to ask you barrio members if anyone was interested in a new study of obesity he is conducting. An was looking for several large people he can test on and hoping to get a larger test groups results so his study can mean something. So if you are a large person wanting to make a large impact and one of the larger test groups please write to us a cchwnn@netscape.net.
Three barrio members were honored last night at the local bingo house on the heroic effort they did in saving the lives of several old folks. Los tress reyes brothers, harpoon, chucon, y chingo we all honor on how they bravely the entered a burning home and save the older couple from burning, oh besides them ripping off a few things, the constable decided not to file charges against them. Dang it must be good to be a crack hea!!!.
And finally, its back and our loco volunteer firefighters will be out in the street this weekend looking for spare changes in order to purchase smoke alarms for every barrio home. They had almost reached their goal last year but that one party really messed it up in which they ate about 20 packs of instant popcorn.
Oh if you hadn’t realize that our locos had decided several years ago that instant jiffy popcorn packages were being used as smoke alarms. You see, they fiqure que if the popping don’t wake your ass up the smell would. So if you see those vatos at the corner of your barrio street, hey go ahead and drop a few coins and save a life.

We want to thank Daniel Lopez and congratulation on his sixth granddaughter birthday named Sofia, now three years old. His daughter Melissa wants to thank all la raza prayers help her over come her accident back in 2003.

This week we will have la commadre boxing matches, at our taqucha barrio sports complexes the start of our barrio taqucha conjunto soccer season start Saturday and el barrio conjunto enchanted land theme park will have its summer series of conjunto award winners concerts. All this will be announced this coming Wednesday on la voz del Westinghouse barrio mall newsletter and now back to Jonathon.

Si our leader Daniel is a very bold man. He just got barred from a so-called Chicano site. Our posting their lead us to believe que muchos Chicanos is self-destructives. Such sites censor its memberships. It’s sad que not all agree with our posting on different site. We understand that and we encourage to just skip our shit. Now, when we get barred from a website, where we have posted for at least 60 days and not one hit. Well we know that no one is interested. The only one it seems that is reading our news is the owner of this so-called Chicano site. He and he alone disagreed with one of our news coverage. He decides to call us up on it and calls us a bunch of drunks and tired of babysitting us.
We declared que la onda Chicana will live forever. We declared que we trust and have always respected the owners ship of website that make themselves public when the start a message board. We declared que we alone will determine our future. We declared que we will love all our brothers and sister that are determined to make and keep la onda alive in wherever mention we use.
