Charges filed for flipping the finger at constable.
Bird lovers charged with feeding their cats.
And finally, theory vs. reality conference held this past weekend.
The real discuss was how real can reality be when you are so broke and have no means of paying your bills vs. the fact that you had no money in the first place, then why buy stuff. That was the main topic this weekend conference on theory vs. reality. Many showed up thinking it was going to be easy to tell folks their problems and see how one could find the means to correction it. But many realized that their problems weren’t shit compared to other folk’s problems. There will be a follow up conferences in two years.
The residents at the corner of third and wells felt there was something going on when they noticed that in the last few days fewer birds had been showing up to eat at their backyard bird feeders. Once the constable got there and sat around for a few hours watching some of the birds, both the owners and the constable noticed what the problem was. It seems that the residents had place the bird feeders too close to the ground and never thought that their 20 cats would be interested in eating them birds. Charges will be filed against the residents for harming poor little birds.
Alex Colin was charged and later released because he flipped the finger at constable cadena while eating breakfast at Juan’s taco stand. I was eating my taco when this pendejo drove by real slow and yelled at me and when I turned to see who it was, bang he just flipped me the finger says el constable cadena. I then dropped the taco and chased this vato down. Once he stopped the Mr. Colin, and arrested him , I notice that Colin Had his finger broken and was casted flipping his mid finger, so l released Mr. Colin.

Kingsville, Texas. Hello again it’s been awhile since we have had our barrio stock market report. We have been under construction and have had lots of time to do our research on making our report as accurate as possible. So with that in mind here is our award winning report:
Los tamales, you know we have not seen that man around for awhile and since it’s been real warm and hot, I am not sure if anyone wants to spend too much time in the kitchen making this favorite dish. Los tamales ended the week at $5.50 a dozen.
Las tortillas have remained pretty stable ended the week at $1.35 a package.
Cheap beer is getting a bit more costly and might require us to rename this topic to barrio beer, anyhow ended the week at $5.50 a six pack.
Las empanadas are doing great in hold on to its current price of $.59 cent each, I am sure we will never see 4 for a dollar ever again. But neve say never.
La Baracoa de cabeza ended the week at the most highest we have seen in years at $6.50 a lb.

Vato loco found in sewer hole.
New female police officer on makes first arrest.
And finally vato flies off his car while hold his mattress.
Yesterday afternoon el constable noticed que Benn Perez was riding on top of his car holding on to two mattress, when the constable tried to stop the moving vehicle, the driver took the turn to fast and Benn fell off the top of the car breaking both his legs, two arms, his back, a few ribs and a burse on his head, besides that he will be alright. No charges will be filed.
Maria shine made history yesterday when she finally had a chance to ticket and arrest the same person in less than ten minutes. It seems que she observed a driver swerving in and out of traffic along el barrio main street. When the man was stopped he allegedly compound the first problem by offering the officer five dollars to get rid of the ticket and then said how about I give you a kiss? He was charged with reckless driving and charged with a felony bribery charges. Oh by the way his moped was toll away.
You could hear someone yelling for help, but couldn’t really tell where it was coming from says Maria Garza as she explained to this reporter when she discovered a naked man had fallen down a 50 foot sewer hole. When the vato loco’s volunteer fire fighters arrived at the scene of the crime they helped esta loco named Danny Saenz who was naked and seem to be high on some kind of drug. After being care for the volunteer’s determined que he had been smoking PCP, and smoking marijuana and seemed que he had consumed hallucinogenic mushrooms. The volunteers confiscated the drugs found and was taken to St. Paul’s medical center in critical conditions. Charges are pending. Esta vato.

Barrio member wins barrio medical award.
Barrio Caldo reactor poses no danger.
And finally youth programs end sooner than predicted.
The summer program planned for this summer was cancelled before it even started says one of the community leaders. We just had so many complaints about this program que we figured que it would be easier to just cancel the darn program than mess with it and the parents involved. The program would have allowed your child from the ages of 3 to 45 years old to learn a trade, such as but not limited to picking up trask, recycling, painting, building small and big things and much more fun. Sorry kids.
Yesterday afternoon at our Cruz roja community center an award was given to Chon Mundado Munoz, the most predigests medical Neurology award for studying drunken men and women brains in the hood. He also added que he urges barrio folks with suspected concussions to wait a few days after they deceased before calling him up to research their brains. I just can’t go in your head with my small hammer and start hammering away, you know it could hurt and not only that, I won’t have my medical degree until 10 years from now. Congratulations vato.
Yesterday el senior Tyler Mary Moore Gomez, barrio owner of the only Caldo reactor in the county, announced that the reactor sucrose fission facility posed little risk of failure and or danger to the folks living around the corner of third and wells. He told this reporter que lots of barrio members were concern about their safety but he promise que if such danger were to be present he would give us a call. By the way el caldo maker is the largest maker of homemade caldo in a can, The world has ever seen.

Strom night leaves several homeless.
The lack of NFL football this season could increase crime in the hood.
And finally, no more Mr. nice guy tires closed down full services.
Yesterday was the last day that Mr. Nice Guy Tires closed down its full services gas station. It was one of the very few left open con full services rendered says Martin Hokins Garza, the owner of the gas station. It was just too much on my female employees who worker as attendance wearing just a tong and a bikini top. We just didn’t get the number of customers stop and purchase gas, but we did get chingos that drive thru just wanting to watch the girls. Starting today its going to a self served station. Oh how about the girls, well they will keep on working here but con more clothing on.
Barrio officials also met this weekend to talk about a major serious dilemma that might arise in the hood this football season. Well we all know that the NFL lockout is still pending, but barrio officials are bracing themselves for the worse scenario, and increase on crime.
The barrio leaders are doing everything they can do to prevent this serious foreseen problem, by offering free footballs and barbeque just in case the NFL does follow through on the lock out. These events will be planned for Sunday’s afternoon from about 1pm to about 7pm. More information is forth coming.
After encounter con la commadre’s sister Juan Morales and his seven children were homeless when his new girlfriend found out that he had had a storm sexual evening con la commadre next door, while she watcher’s his children. Not being married and watching children that are not even might is messed up while he is having fun. So the only thing I could do is run the whole bunch off, says Sarah Davis. Now Juan is homeless with his children, whose ages are from 22 to 33 years old.

Kingsville,texas.Hello once again raza I am bill diaz con mucho information para todos,. Before we start there will be some special announcements to be made on the new barrio theme park coming soon to the hood. Anyhow raza here is our hejola report for today:
Barrio elects school board members for 2011.
La commadre gets appointed to committee,
Fight breaks out at bar while watching a baseball game on t.v.
The new barrio elected officals have appointed la commadre lopez inez ruiz to a special committee. La commadre lopez inez ruiz, appointment to this committee in the hood is a good thing for all those in the hood that want a better life. She is very excited since she was the only one from our block appointed to the committee. However the purpose of this committee has not been announce yet. But it’s a committee and their first meeting is schedule next year.
A friendly fight broke out yesterday at a new bar called the spot. Its seemed que someone had to much to drink and a fight broke out while watching a baseball game on t.v. It seems que somehow, a cowboy started some shit and the fight broke out. Several folks were injuried and some were arrested. El constable candena is investigating.
And finally, los barrio schools have elected their parent, teachers and student organizations (PTS) leaders. Leading this year’s group will be Novaa Bar-era, president, Emilio-emma Bar-era vice president, and treasurer, Mindy Bar-era. This folks were elected from the six bar-era family members that attended the school meeting.

Missing women clothing found and someone arrested.
And finally, more internationals people move into the hood.
Yesterday was international day in the hood where a total of ten new families moved near the corner of third and wells. The new apartments were building and owned by La Familia Patel who have been living in the hood for about 20 so years. In the past very few international folks lived in the hood due to the fact que the rent was too high. Barrio residents are planning a welcome wagon organization to encourage more new residents to move somewhere else.
Several days ago someone or somebody was stealing women’s clothing for people’s backyard clothes lines. El constable and his barrio task force 666 set up a sting operation and were able to nail that underwear crook. Billy Saenz Munoz was arrested at the corner of third and Wells Street after he stole a pair of La commadres underwear clothes line. The sting operation didn’t last long say el constable. We had a pretty good idea where this crook lived. Charges will be filed.

Once the new residents of the home heard someone breaking in they called el constable cadena who came over and arrested Juan. But after seeing and recognizing him, el constable released him and drove him over to where some of his living relatives lived. No charges will be filed but he did have to turn over his keys to the new home owners.

Kingsville, texas. Hello again mi raza I am Alcardio Samudio, Bill is on vacation. But for now our award winning barrio headline news:
Dancing con la commadre comes to the Westinghouse barrio mall.
Big trouble in little barrio.
And finally 20 chickens found missing.
This morning the barrio chicken farm truck took a different route to market and stopped to do a pit stop. Well while the driver went in to drink some coffee some fool must have unlocked a section of the chicken cages and about 20 chickens made a run for it. The constable is looking for that fool that let those chickens loose and the chicken farm is offering a reward to the where about of the 20 chickens. A small chicken reward is being offered.
Many of our barrios have small barrios in them and have names for them. Well one barrio has a community called little barrio. So with that in mind, they have been sent a letter telling them que they got big troubles in little barrio for the future. What trouble the whole hood is in, the letter send to them did not say what it was. But it did mention until further notice.
Gloria Guerra mall manager just announced que the first Dancing Con La Commadre will be held this weekend. A number of commadres have already registered to dance but several problems have come up. One of them was that we need single commadres or divorce commadres , due to the fact que we didn’t want any problems con married commadres. Furthermore there will not be allowed to wear any kinky outfits for their performances. So come on down and watch your favorite commadre do her thing.

Barrio relieved after killing the biggest terrorist in the hood.
Twenty two animal activists arrested at protest rally the corner of third and wells.
And finally, cinco de mayo activities cancelled.
After the upraise from barrio members the barrio leaders have decided to cancel the cinco de mayo program till another month or so, until things calm down. Barrio residents are a bit too pumped up right now and we felt que this program might have been an opportunity for out of town activists to come in and stir things up. Barrio leaders are thing about moving it to October.
Twenty two animal activists were arrested after they found out that the hood’s taquacha had been shot. Charlie was the name that many in the hood had named this giant taquacha during this period and in many cases became a pet to a lot of folks. They couldn’t believe that someone would have shot Charlie. There were no comments from el constable and his task force members. Oh by the way the protestors wanted Charlie’s body for a proper burial.
Yesterday our constable cadena was praised for the great job he and his task forces 666 did in locating and killing the biggest taquacha that had been seen and haunting and terrorizing the hood for several years. Barrio relieved after killing the biggest terrorist in the hood.
Twenty two animal activists arrested at protest rally the corner of third and wells.
And finally, cinco de mayo activities cancelled.
After the upraise from barrio members the barrio leaders have decided to cancel the cinco de mayo program till another month or so, until things calm down. Barrio residents are a bit too pumped up right now and we felt que this program might have been an opportunity for out of town activists to come in and stir things up. Barrio leaders are thing about moving it to October.
Twenty two animal activists were arrested after they found out that the hood’s taquacha had been shot. Charlie was the name that many in the hood had named this giant taquacha during this period and in many cases became a pet to a lot of folks. They couldn’t believe that someone would have shot Charlie. There were no comments from el constable and his task force members. Oh by the way the protestors wanted Charlie’s body for a proper burial.
Yesterday our constable cadena was praised for the great job he and his task forces 666 did in locating and killing the biggest taquacha that had been seen and haunting and terrorizing the hood for several years. La commadre tries to save one dog too many.
Ten new residents arrested for making too much noise.
And finally, the bingo house in the news again.
It seems that the ten new residents were arrested yesterday for making too much noise. It seems that they moved into an area where lots of old folks live and they are not use to all the noise. Well late last night el constable and his barrio task force 666 arrested at least 10 of the party goers for not complying with an earlier request to tone it down a bit. Charges will be drop if they agree to move across the street to another rent house.
Yesterday afternoon, el constable and the city and county animal control visited la commadre Jimenez home where it was discovered que she had at least 75 dogs in and outside in her back yard. She was given a citation for having more than the legal about of animals allowed to live in a home inside the city limits. She has 3 years to remove or buy the lot next door to make room for all her doggies.
Now that the state and city and county officials are all involved have determined que they are going to contact all the bingo winners for the past two years that won with the free space where actually not winners due to the fact that the free space always had a ping pong ball that had not been called. Too many people took it for granted and were paid for that win. The list of winners is being put together for collections.
