barrio stock market report for 02272015

barrio stock market report for 02272015..

cchwnn.

Kingsville,tx. Hello once again como estan I am urbano yosabatodo con this week’s barrio stock market report.

First of all on the serious note, barrio stock market report is on its tenth year providing raza consumers con the best darn investment information available on the barrio net for barrio folks.

For real folks, we assure you que your investments is our barrio concern, but always remember, our slogan “if you can’t eat it don’t buy it….”.Now for that barrio stock market report:

Los tamales: First and foremost, los tamales market is a completely independent market that is monitor by the two ways, a person who can buy or make them yourself or a home or buys them at a major chain store.

Los tamales, "Business in most hoods or barrios continued to express concern over the rising costs of masa and other stuff you use to make them," the report said, although tamale brokers say que manufacturers and business service providers were able to pass along "part -- if not all -- of these cost increases along to their customers, si that’s you and me. And since a lot of holidays are just around the corner we do encourage folks to buy them now at a reasonable price and not wait for the projected increase coming in a few weeks. Tamales remain stable at $6.00 a dozen. Nobody cares more about your wealth and the future of your interest in buying and eating tamales then we do here and you there. .

Los taquitos: Los taquitos , The high price of taquitos we noticed this week is due to the fact que el barrio inflation has increased by at least 20 percent for the end of this quarter compared to last year. The report published by los dos brother lopez associates a few weeks ago, suggested que an increases in wages for some and very few for others, that more and more barrio folks will be eating at home for sure, and we will see a decrease on retail prices "generally speaking they will subdued," the lopez report said. At this time taquitos remain $1.35  each , cup of coffee is extra. By the way how many refills can a person get anyhow?

Las empanadas: currently, las empanada makers are going to be required only to product-limited amounts due the high prices of pumpkins, sweet potatoes and pineapples. In addition our empanada war of 2015 has made some major chances con esto companies here in the hood. Last fall, Consumers were very patient along con some advocacy groups increased pressure on trying to bring empandes down to four for a dollar, and more filling in them. Which both you and I know they won’t happen. The price of empanadas is $.89 cents each, and will remain stable for the rest of this quarter.

Cheap beer: cheap beer no longer exists but we do find some Six-packs remain stable at $4.95 a six pack. Real beer just above, $6.50 a six pack.

La barbacoa de cavesa: La barbacoa de cavesa has done real good here in the last few weeks. It seems que it’s had not taken the challenge serious this year from those darn llama growers. Now for la raza that own livestock, they won’t worry too much, since the production on llamas meat won’t start anytime soon. One vato says que it will take several years before, if not longer que la llama meat has an impact in the hood. La barbacoa de cavesa ended the week at all-time high $7.00 lb.

Barrio want ads:

westinghouse barrio mall newsletter for 02262015

Westinghouse barrio mall newsletter 02262015.

Cchwnn.

Kingsville,Texas. Hello I am Gloria Guerra con today’s special edition of our mall newsletter:

Mall fires mall mascot and has try out this weekend.

Clown fest gearing up for this spring break.

And now some darn good news.

How can any woman or in some case men lend out their personal sex toys. Well this weekend the barrio recycle department has agreed and has a safety net insult to where all anyone willing to exchange their toys for other toys. The only problem is you have to bring your own plastic gloves to go thru all these toys. An id will be required and must be at least 43 years of age in order to see, exchange, feel, smell or try out any of them toys. Please note that there will be a charge to some of the let me see things and try things. Ok raza, let’s get that groove going.

The mall would like to invite all the Clown’s in the area to attend this year’s Clown Fest 2015. In the past we have had some major trouble with some clown union from our side of the tracks vs. the unions for the other side of the tracks. In order to prevent any violence or fights or any kind of misunderstanding we are asking if you are a member of a certain clown union you need to have a deposit on your rent a space, now if you are a non- union clown a larger deposit will be required for just in case you cause some chit. We will also be raffling this year’s best spot at the mall, where by the way Mr. turkey booths was, and there only 100 tickets available but will be only sold to those clowns that can demonstrate that they belong to some clown group or union.  So bring your best and join the rest of the clowns this weekend at Clown Fest 2015.

Mr. Turkey mall’s mascot aka Junior Wally Wally Munoz was fired after he showed up drunk at a children reunion program this past Wednesday, and on another date he was reported seen going in a women bathroom during women’s day back earlier this year. But what broke the camel’s back was he was seen at his usually spot at the mall draining his vein in a paper cup will tending to his usually unexceptionable behavior. So he/she was fired and now we are looking for the new Mr. Turkey, so if you think you got the wings to do your thing wearing a Turkey outfit, come on down. Interview start on Saturday at around 2a.m., and whatever you do don’t show up with alcohol breathe or drunk.

Ok raza have a great day and hope you enjoy.

chicano manifesto: the end of radio programing as we know it, well at least as i know it. 2015

Chicano manifesto: the end of radio programing as we know it, well at least as I know it?2015.

Cchwnn.

Kingsville, Texas. Hello raza I am Maria la Bandia here at the St. Paul’s medical center located at the Westinghouse barrio mall. There is really no need to worry about me I will survive these injuries that happened a few days ago. But I am here to discuss the end of radio programing as we all know it. Let’s try and understand how this is going to happen.

It is not an easy thing for me to say or contemplate, when we spend almost a life time listening to commercial radio both FM and FM. But as time goes on, we really have our doubts as to how long this routine, spit out by many radios stations, will continue to bring in the revenue these operations depend on for survival.

First of all let me tell you radio not only has survived, but has flourished for decade’s way before many were born. And I am more than sure that corporate program directors local and nationwide along with their so call consultants will argue the merits on how they pick music by the selling of ads and the music they play each week (and in some cases what other stations are playing). Now what many don’t like to talk about but still defend are the loser songs that get added, not because people like them but because the independent record rep have paid some stations promotional dollars, for that favor, now many are going to argue this but because it’s their job.

Now what I can see coming is that AM and FM broadcasters are not giving up on music any time soon. But what they do need to understand that they will not be able to compete with that tightly niche music formats online, now there will always be a place for local content, and that localism will perhaps be their saving grace, but what does it do for the radio listener.

I am sure that many families and individuals don’t sit around that good old radio anymore and listen to those favor songs we all enjoy listening too back in the days. Now this might just happen when taking a family trip and as long as I can catch our local radio station we will listen to it in my car, we aren’t got any problems.

I guess the real challenge is what we have available now. Let me explain, my car doesn’t even have a radio nevertheless air conditions. But many new cars have that extra accessory to all those new radios programs that one dreams of along con those lab tops and everything but the kitchen sink can be taken with you on trips and if you have funds you can pay for internet on that new expensive phone and added as an extra accessory. So now we have access to almost any type or style of music you love without having to start from one end of the radio dial to the other end looking for that certain station that we can listen to or hope to catch without anyone trying to sell you god or their political incorrectness.

The trouble is that this has become a self-fulfilling prophecy that precludes even the station website from having any relevance. Integrating on-air and on-line efforts into a strategy is all the more difficult in a climate of declining advertising revenues in many cases. After all, an effective online presence takes resources. Still that is the challenge and I haven't yet seen many Tejano radio stations doing it or doing it well.

But by bring the internet with you on the road or at home Online broadcasters will have to be careful though as they are also vulnerable to the same pitfalls and attitudes. They will have to make sure that THEIR websites are something more than a gateway to the radio stream.

So in conclusion, I use this statement I found somewhere on the internet;

“I could sit here all afternoon and click my way through 150 channels, all different and designed to appeal to the very narrow tastes of a great many people. When it comes down to it, each one of us has a preference, unlike the next guy. We are unique. Nowadays, commercial Radio knows it can never please all of us, and is forced to cater to a small slice of the pie known as a target demographic. Even so, if a station aims at men, 18-34 for instance, there is still so much diversity in taste within even that sliver, the best a station can hope to do is program it's content so it hits "the middle" which, inevitably leads to little risk taking and bland programming. I click on the "Awesome80s" channel. Janet Jackson is singing "Control". How appropriate because that's exactly what Net Radio has given back to the listeners”.

But than what do I know, I am just a make believe person.

I am Maria La Bandia y a word to los pelon’s I have your number.

Kingsville,texas.
Hello again raza I am General Fido Vermcille con today's award winning barrio headline news:
Pelons arrested after attacking Maria La Bandia....
Protest continue on behave of los tamales.
And now some darn good news.
Now that violence has come to our hood many are preparing for the worse. We ask everyone and everything to take time and hug those Tejanos that have spent a life time keeping la onda alive and not burning all the bridges that had been built. We can stand together but we are not going to fall for it.
It seems that as of today there has been an overwhelming responds to the call for a new tamale war and not to give in to those that want us not to make tamales at home. As you might recall the tamale war of 1998 has really not changed anything but some folks have taken the lead on their own calling awareness about the possibility of them folks passing that law that would not let folks make tamales at home. This law was tabled in a meeting back then and was to be reviewed in 2015, well guess what? Its 2015! But a barrio city leader tells us que es puro pedo con todo esto and que those que are causing all this dusty don’t know what they are talking about. It’ like everything else, when you don’t have a clue you start chit and see who steps on it.

Yesterday afternoon around that time Maria la Bandia a cchwnn correspondent was brutally attack outside our command post. It was reported que several women that had shaved their heads in support of new Tejano make believe artist who had just signed recording contract con Pelon records, felt que she was not being fair con los pelons and wanted to show the whole world that there is nothing wrong wanting to look like esa vato Pit Bull. Charges will be filed against Juanita La Pelon, crystal La Pelon, Maria La Pelon and their grandmother Martha La Pelon. All the pelons turns out to be related to the owners of Pelon records.
Ok raza keep the faith and hug a Tejano, regardless que tan pedijos son

Kingsville, texas. Hello again I am David polar bear Duran con today’s award winning barrio headline news:
“Pelon Records” comes to Westinghouse barrio mall.
Riot at the corner of third and wells con los pelons. ...
And now some darn good news.
Oso the barrio cheap barber has informed us que anyone male or female wanting a stylist hair cut como esa vato “Pit Bull” are welcome to come over and get that stylist cut for free.
Around ten o’clock last night a small but small riot was going on after a few pelons were confused con that famous de mass famous pelon “pit bull” was seen in the hood riding a barrio bicycle. At least twenty other want to be pelons chased the el pelon down about ten blocks wanting his autograph. After a few more blocks el constable Cadena responding to a 918 call, noticed que only a few were still able to stay up con el pelon on the bicycle but never close enough to get his attention or an autograph. No charges will be filed but after questioning el pelon on the bicycle turned out to be a primo Juan Corina just released from jail.

Yesterday was the grand opening of the first barrio recording studio in our history of make believe stories. Pelon Records owned by la familia Calvos, are very proud to have open this services closed to home. They have already spread the word out and a have announced two new barrio conjuntos that might have already signed to record, are sure candidates to win a barrio music award this coming year. Los Calvos tell us que el conjunto “la banda sin Pelos y “ los hombres de cabezas Calvos will release some of their new sounds within the year. Please note que being pelon and being in a band regardless what style is the new tren (muevete pitbull porque “salta, salta ha llegado”).
Ok raza cover that head pelon your blind me

exclusive interview con Tejano RoZe 2012

Exclusive interview conTejano RoZe, 2012. Cchwnn. Somewhere in Sparking city by the city, tx. Hello again I am Santa Cecilia la que te canta con this great interview Tejano RoZe. Sc; hello RoZe, can you give me a hand off this bicycle, you it was a long ride up here? (tr:) POS, QUERIAS PEDO, QUE NO? LOL! ITfS A LOOONG TRIP, AND I GUESS I CAN HELP YOU DOWN. LOL (ACTUALLY IM IN THE CORPUS CHRISI AREA NOW).
(SC:) first of it seems that itfs been a great year for you, can you tell us a little bit about La Nueva Sensacion? (Tr) IM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT I HAVE A NEW BAND "La Nueva Sensacion". THE NAME ORIGINATED FROM MY LATE BOTHER-IN-LAWfS (JUAN DELGADO) BAND FROM S.TX CALLED "GRUPO SENSACION". THEY WERE A VERY WELL KNOWN BAND IN THE 80'S AND 90'S. AFTER HIS PASSING IN 2001, MY HUSBAND PURSUED OTHER MUSICAL INTERESTS, AND SINCE OUR MARRIAGE IN 2010, WE REVAMPED THE BAND TO " *TEJANO ROZE* Y LA NUEVA SENSACION". WE HAVE BEEN GOING STRONG FOR 2 YEARS NOW. I LOVE MY BAND MATES AND THEY HAVE BEEN SO SUPPORTIVE AND ITfS TUFF TO HAVE A BAND AND STICK IT OUT TOGETHER, BUT SO FAR WE ARE DOING IT.
(SC): it seems that you done some much since we first did our interview back in 2006, tell us about how much work did it take to release that new song that by the way is hold on to number 4 on the charts,Esta Sed Que Tengo? (Tr); IfM EXCITED WE HAVE RELEASE OUR FIRST DEBUT SINGLE, "ESTA SED QUE TENGO", PRODUCED AND ARRANGED BY THE LEGENDARY BRANDO MIRELES. ITfS A SONG THAT MOST OF YOU MAY HAVE HEARD IT IN THE 70'S SUNG BY THE LATE GREAT MS. LAURA CANALES, MY IDOL. THE SONG IS WRITTEN BY A LADY WHO WAS KNOWN IN MEXICO CALLED "LA DIVA", THE LATE MS. ROCIO JURADO. THIS SINGLE IS A LABOR OF LOVE, AND I THINK WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS WE HAVE CHOSEN FOR OUR FIRST RELEASE REALLY EMBRACES OUR TRUE TEJANO CULTURE. THIS SONG HAS NO ACCORDION, BUT THE WRETCHED KEYBOARD (AS MY LATE FRIEND TONY "HAM" GUERRERO WOULD PUT IT) LOL. ACCORDION COMES WITH CONJUNTO, AND ALTHOUGH WE HAVE CONJUNTO MUSIC IN OUR SHOW, WE ARE FOREMOST A "TEJANO" BAND. BRANDO IS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH AND ACTUALLY HANG OUT WITH. HE HAS DONE A REMARKABLE JOB IN PRODUCING MY MUSIC. @
(SC); why do you stay in the music business ? (Tr:) HELL, I ASK MYSELF THE SAME QUESTION. LOL!! BUT AS IT TURNS OUT, THIS IS ALL I HAVE EVER DREAMT ABOUT AND ALL I HAVE EVER REALLY KNOWN. I DONfT KNOW WHAT I WOULD BE DOING OR WHERE I WOULD BE RIGHT NOW IF ITfS WASNfT FOR MUSIC.

(SC): in the past it seems that you have posted lots of comments on several issues, are there times that the few persons that do post on certain websites donft have clue what la onda is all about and where itfs headed?
(Tr); WELL, I AM A VERY PASSIONATE PERSON. THIS IS A SUBJECT THAT I KNOW A LOT ABOUT AND SOME PEOPLE STILL NEED TO BE EDUCATED ABOUT LA ONDA. YES, TRUE THAT I LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY AND I WELCOME ALL INFORMATION. IfM STILL GETTING EDUCATED AND I BELIEVE THAT WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT VIEWS AND PERSPECTIVES ABOUT THIS SUBJECT. IS THERE A WRONG OR RIGHT ANSWERS? YES AND NO. I GUESS PEOPLE REALLY HAVE TO LIVE IT IN ORDER TO UNDERTSTAND IT.
(SC): how many awards have you won and been nominated for? (TR:) ACTUALLY 2. ONE WAS WHEN I WORKED WITH GRUPO SUENO, AND WE ALL WON A TEJANO MUSIC AWARD AS A TEAM IN 2009 FOR BEST NEW TEJANO ARTIST-GROUP. IT WAS A LOT OF HARD WORK IN EVERYONEfS PART. THIS SECOND ONE IS FOR THE TEJANO GLOBES, BUT IM NOT GOING TO TAKE PART OF THAT THIS YEAR. HOPEFULLY I CAN NEXT YEAR. OTHER AWARDS I HAVE WON IN CONTESTS WITH MYSELF AND ALSO WITH MY BAND.
(Sc); I was reading somewhere that you were nominated to the Tejano Globes awards, is it really necessary to pay a fee to an organization so you can get your name on their ballot? (Tr): APPARENTLY SO. ITfS REGISTRATION FEES, AND TO BE HONEST, I DONfT MIND PAYING DUES FOR SUCH ORGANIZATIONS, BECAUSE A LOT OF MEMBERSHIP CLUBS HAVE FEES TO JOIN. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE TYPES OF CLUBS, BECAUSE OF DUES THAT MEMBERS PAY, IS TO HELP WITH EXPENSES. AND IfM DOWN WITH HELPING OUR ONDA IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE. THE ONLY THING I AM NOT DOWN WITH IS HAVING THE BALLOT ALREADY OUT WHILE PEOPLE HAVENfT MET THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY THEIR FEES. THATfS CRAZY. THE DEADLINES SHOULD BE MET, THEN RELEASE THE BALLOT.
(SC): that is crazy, how hard is it to change bands and does it give you a fresh start on your style and career? (Tr): ITfS VERY TOUGH. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN A PART OF A BAND FOR 10 YEARS, AND THEN LEAVE. ITfS EVEN TOUGHER WHEN YOU DONfT HAVE THEIR SUPPORT AFTER YOU HAVE HELPED THEM FOR MANY YEARS. BUT I FEEL IF I COULD HELP THEM GET WHERE THEY WANTED TO GO, HELL I CAN DO THE SAME FOR MY SELF AND REACH EVEN HIGHER! I DONfT WANT TO BE A ONE HIT WONDER, I WANT PEOPLE TO REMEMBER ME ALWAYS. ITfS HARD TO START ALL OVER, BUT AT LEAST WHAT HELPS IS HAVING THE RAPPORT WITH THE CONTACTS I HAVE HAD IN THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS. ITfS GOOD TO MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIPS AND MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS. THIS IS WHAT HAS BEEN HELPING ME AND ALSO KEEPING A POSITIVE OUTLOOK AND ATTITUDE.
(SC): off all the performances, which stands out the most in your career? (Tr): THE ONES AT THE TTMA FANFAIR. THOSE ARE THE MOST MEMORABLE ONES BECAUSE THATfS THE EVENT WHERE TEJANOS FROM AROUND THE WORLD SHOW UP. I LIVE FOR THIS EVENT! I LOVE KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH FELLOW MUSICIANS AND PROMOTERS FROM AROUND THE NATION.
(SC): how hard is it on your personal life when you do lots of traveling? (Tr): ITfS HARD BECAUSE I DONfT GET TO SEE MY GIRLS VERY MUCH. I MISS A LOT OF THEIR SCHOOL EVENTS, GAMES, AND I MISS OUT ON THEM GROWING UP. THEY ARE MY BEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN THIS WORLD, AND I LOVE THEM DEARLY. THEY HAVE GROWN UP SEEING MOMMY ON STAGE AND HAVE THEM HELP ME OUT PASSING OUT POSTERS SINCE THEY WERE KIDS, AND WAITING FOR MOM TO STOP TALKING TO PEOPLE AND SIGNING POSTERS SO THEY CAN HAVE SOME MOMMY/DAUGHTER TIME. THIS IS WHEN I HAVE THE MOST REGRETS AND IF I COULD START ALL OVER AGAIN, I WOULD DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY. BUT THEY KNOW WHO THEIR MOM IS AND I HAVE THEIR SUPPORT AND THATfS WHAT MATTERS TO ME THE MOST. WHILE THEIR FRIENDS THINK THEY HAVE THE COOLEST MOM IN THE WORLD, TO THEM, THIS IS NORMAL. I WISH I WAS A SOCCER MOM OR A PTA MOM, BUT THATfS JUST NOT IN THE CARDS. I DONfT WANT THIS KIND OF LIFE FOR THEM, I WANT THEM TO HAVE A NORMAL LIFE, COLLEGE, CAREERS, AND A FAMILY ONE DAY. I'M JUST HAPPY MY HUSBAND IS IN THIS WITH ME AND WE GET TO SPEND ALOT OF TIME TOGETHER.
(SC): has the economic hurt you from performing in other cities and states, cost of gas, lodging and so on? (Tr:) VERY TOUGH, ESPECIALLY THE PRICE OF GAS. I DONfT GET TO MAKE THE TRIPS I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO MAKE WITH THE BAND, BECAUSE OF MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS A NECESSITY.
(SC): what would you tell to a group of young people wanting to get into la onda tejana? (Tr); ** ITfS A BITCH OUT THERE!! QUIT YOUR WHINING AND GET READY FOR A LOT OF DISAPPOINTMENTS, HEARTACHES, & GETTING SCREWED OVER. **RESPECT YOUR BAND MEMBERS AND TREAT THEM WITH KINDNESS. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CAN MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU.
**BE READY TO SHELL OUT A LOT OF MONEY, AND LOSE SLEEP! ** BE READY TO PRACTICE YOUR BUTTS OFF! ITfS NOT ALL GLAMOUR AND CHAMPAGNE! **BE READY TO REPLACE MEMBERS WHEN ONE QUITS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOME ON RESERVE.
**ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS WORRY ABOUT SOUND AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. **IF YOU TRULY WANT IT, BUST YOUR AZZ AND PAY YOUR DUES! ** SUCCESS IS NOT GOING TO BE HANDED OVER TO YOU ON A PLATE. **PAY ATTENTION TO BANDS AND HOW THEY HAVE CHEMISTRY ON STAGE. **ALWAYS WELCOME PROFESSIONAL CRITICISM ** DONfT ACT LIKE YOU ARE BETTER THAN ANYONE, BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE OR SOME BAND BETTER THAN YOURS, SO GET THAT CHIP OFF YOUR SHOULDER! ** IF YOU HAVE A SPOUSE OR A BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND IN THE BAND, KEEP THE ROMANCE OUT OF THE PRACTICE ROOM AND OFF THE STAGE! NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THAT OR HEAR YOU QUARREL IN THE JAMROOM. WHEN YOU HIT THAT STAGE OR JAMROOM, YOU ARE PROFESSIONALS, NOT LOVERS, **ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE!
(SC: what is in the future for Tejano RoZe? (Tr): GETTING READY TO RELEASE MY DEBUT CD THIS WINTER AND PRAYING THAT ITfS A GREAT HIT! JUST TRYING TO KEEP IT GOING WITH LA ONDA TEJANA AND KEEPING IT REAL.
(SC): our creator Daniel wanted me to mention that he wanted to thank you for your encouraging words you wrote about us the other day about being bothered by some haters, thank you? (Tr) :WELL, LIKE I TOLD DANIEL, NEVER LET ANYONE GET THE BEST OF YOU BECAUSE A WISE PERSON ONCE TOLD ME "HE WHO ANGERS YOU, CONTROLS YOU", AND I REFUSE FOR ANYONE TO HAVE THAT POWER OVER ME. I GET ALONG WITH EVERYONE AND ALTHOUGH IfM THE SAME SASSY & BLUNT PERSON, I AM ALSO HUMAN AND VERY SENSATIVE. MAYBE THATfS WHY IfM SUCH A HARDAZZ AT TIMES. I CAN TAKE PROFESSIONAL CRITISIZM WITH GRACE, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS GOING TO BENEFIT ME IN THE FUTURE, THEN I WELCOME IT. BUT IF ITfS JUST TO BE SPITEFUL, I THINK ITfS JUST PLAIN MEAN. AND THATfS WHEN MY HORNS COME OUT. LOL.
(SC);yea I sure hate to cross you on a cross walk.. lol, is there anything you want share with your fans from around the world?
(Tr): YES!! I LOVE MY FANS!! BECAUSE OF THEM, I CAN MAKE MUSIC AND KEEP ON KEEPING ON IN THIS HARD INDUSTRY CALLED "TEJANO". IT IS MY LIFE, MY PASSION, AND ITfS IN MY SOUL. I SO APPRECIATE ALL THE ENCOURAGING WORDS, THE HUGS AND EMBRACING, THE KISSES AND ALL THE LOVE AND SUPPORT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM FOR MANY YEARS.
(Sc): well I need to get back on the road again I want to ask you if I can stay over tonite because I donfthave any lights on my bicycle?
(Tr); LOL!! YES, YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED IN MY HOME!! @
Sc; what can you say about a woman that has her heart and her soul con la on onda tejana, and a mother and a family. I am santa Cecilia la que te canta con on the road again interviews< good day>

Hejola report for 02232015.

Cchwnn.

Kingsville, texas. Hello raza I am Gloria Guerra con today’s award winning barrio headline news:

Tamale war is back.

UFO’S conference is coming.

And now some darn good news.

Barrio residents are all excited about this new trend of you people wanting us to believe que they invented everything and anything. That is good and we just hope que they don’t undo things that took a long time to get done.

La Raza group in our side of town has gather together with another group of Raza from the same side of town have agreed that is time that the hood be prepared for the incoming invasion of aliens and not illegal aliens. Thomas space out Garcia told us que he has more than 82 aliens living in the hood and has invited them to come and tell us about how their plan on taking over our Tejano world. The meeting is schedule for this coming weekend.

Yesterday a petition was setup at every corner of el barrio wanting folks to sign it, to insure que tamale permits will not be require this coming holidays. It seems that some folks still believe que the city leaders are trying to see if they can pass a law outlawing the making of tamales at home. If you see a big tamale posted on the corner of third and wells please sign and send it in. more details later, oh by the way one of the leaders say it doesn’t going to fall apart this year ( referring to a tamale).

Ok raza have a great day.

chicano manifesto different strokes for different folks.

Chicano manifesto: different strokes for different folks, 2015.

02202015.

Cchwnn.

Kingsville, tx. Hello folks I am Urbando Yosabatodo con today’s exclusive report on different strokes for different folks, 2015.

As we move into the 21 century and making more folks aware of what could be and not be hasn’t change much. I will try in details to show that things haven’t changes much but have.

There was an incident here a few weeks ago that our barrio Tejano award band winners were not getting their fair share of payments, booking bigger and better events and just plain not getting our share.  Please note the barrio Tejano award winners are make believe groups but if it applies to you than there no reason to go explain.

Some someone asked us, what’s the question that I was asking, and what are we trying to say? Well here are a few examples: first of all the owners of different dance halls from our side of the tracks vs. the other side of the tracks, were using a barrio promoter to promote the majority of Tejano make believe bands both sides of the track.

Now the only problem here was that when a  barrio promoter booked a Tejano make believe band was getting paid much lower than those that were not Tejano bands (country, blues and so on) at the same locations across the tracks. Now of course when a band played at our side of the tracks they knew, that the Tejano make believe bands, were going to get paid less, but, didn’t expect to get the same treatment on the other side of the tracks, getting paid about the same they got paid here on our side of the tracks.

Now the second point is we did approach the so call barrio promoter that had all this power and by the way we also found out that this barrio promoter were also promoting non-Tejano make believer bands, but only on that side of the tracks. When we asked them why are we paying our Tejano make believe bands about 30 to 40 percent cheaper, he, she and them said; hey they are willing to play for almost nothing.

Now that was a puzzling answer, and let me explain.  Now the well know Tejano make believe bands have brought more people to those dance halls from across the tracks, have sold more beverages, food, t-shirts and whatever that dance had to sell sold out every night compared to those  non-Tejano bands.

And yet the barrio promoter would book them for far less, like we pointed out earlier knew that. The barrio promoter really couldn’t comprehend our question and never the less give us an answer to why. So reasoning seemed to be in order, well at least from a logical point of view, and left it at that.

So our conclusion was very simple, el barrio has achieved so much in such a short time that our own raza, in this case the barrio promoter felt que there was no real reason to pay us more and that in many cases the bigger and better make believe Tejano bands had already earned enough con la onda. It’s a sad day for la onda here in our make believe world. When we have our own raza, who have the power to move us forward, but instead are use the old gringito theory of why pay more when they do it cheaper.

I am Tejano and I love my life and there will be nothing in our way to stop us from getting there. We can petition, we write letters and do all sort of things that YOU want to do in order to demonstrate your share, and that is great but let us stop for a second an look at the overall matter and not just jump to see who jumps the highest but let’s do our share and not drag someone down on our way up.

hejola report for 02192015

Hejola report for 02192015.
Cchwnn.
Kingsville,tx. Hello again I am Gloria Guerra con today’award winning barrio headline news:
Barrio full alert for weekend terrorist attack.
Naked barrio residents issued warning citations for what?...
And some darn good news.
Since baseball and softball season is just around the corner of third and wells there will be more children out and about. Drive con your eyes open and stay alert and watchita for those kids.
Its ok, says the person in charge of the old persons home at the corner of third and wells to allow its older resident to walk around either naked or half naked or even three quarter naked. But the real problem is that they must stay within the compound. So el constable Cadena placed a warning sign inside the compound:
“WARNING ANY PERSON LEAVING THIS COMPOUND CON NO CLOTHING ON IS GOING TO BE ARRESTED AND THAT MEANS YOU TOO”. So if you live there please make sure you have some clothing on before going to the store, for a walk or just getting out.

http://cdnll.touchofclass.com/images/s/K241-001_5.jpg

A mirror will be given to the residents to place on inside their front door to make sure they see themselves as the leave their apartment.
Constable Cadena has issued a terrorist attack warning for this coming weekend. It seems that la familia Gomez and Garcia and Gonzales and Gonzo will be holding four family reunions that will require at least ten to twenty law enforcement to be on duty to make sure thing don’t get out of hand.
http://ts1.mm.bing.net/th…
Last time these families gathered they destroyed and cause damages worthy more than $20,000 dollars to the rental hall. So if you are in the area between third and wells we strongly encourage you to avoid that area for at least 48 hours starting Friday midnight.
Ok raza have a great Tejano day.

Si Gloria its good to be back, yesterday afternoon, a barrio man has been held as a suspect in the burglary of our own mall pharmacy, has been arrested because he left a trail of drugs he lost as he got away on his bicycle. El constable cadena tell us he just had to follow the trail of pills and other stuff to the a resident just across the street from the mall. Arrested was Henry P. Now back to Gloria . Ok rosa good report and now lets go to our own maria la vandia con su report on cigarettes. Ok Gloria, hi, there I am maria la vandia con some real shocking news for you smokers. Now that our barrio leaders have passed a new tax on cigarettes, our own tobacco house here at the mall has told us que a big increase on sells of tobacco along. It seems que many barrio folks are sparking up their cigarette logs by rolling their own. This month alone we have sold out of all kind of tobacco and have seen many rolling their own. Even our rolling machines have been sold out. What is the cause of this? It’s that new tax law that has come into place this month. A pack of normal rolled cigarettes cost almost $7.00 a pack. Compared to a pack of just plain tobacco cost is $1.25. we will wait and see what effect it will have in the hood for all those cigarettes smokers. Now back to Gloria.
Gee maria, I guess rolling my own its not out of the question? Anyhow raza there you have and make sure que you read maria’s new economic developed study come out sometime today. I am Gloria Guerra mall manager, counting down towards tejano roots, it could be our year.

And finally some darn good news.
Saratia Moore Bueno was so glad that she got invited to these years who’s who banquet que she worn her daughter quinceanera dress which was about two sizes too small. But it was her night; it was her right to feel young again; and she was going to take advantage of it. When she finally walked up to the stage to get her righteous award, she stumbled and fell on her back, causing the dress to rip in half. But she got up exposing half of her body, but kepted walked with prided, you go Sarita, and congradulations.
Just another day and just another politician you say? Well, not today, esta vato loco want to make sure we do something about everything that’s wrong in the hood. And that is why I am asking to support him and give him a chance to make them changes we are looking for. Now he has a list of things but didn’t have it with him when we did this interview, but he does have a plan.
Yesterday after a few dozen drinks Miguel Ruiz 93, asked his 89 year old friend if he could see her breasts, well Laura Jones Munoz said sure and she walked behind him and stable him on the neck with a butter knife that broke on her first attempt to hurt him. When constable Cadena got there a group of people had already gone into their home and were making sure that Laura didn’t get near this 93 year old pervert. When the constable starting asking questions, Laura stood up and showed her breast to the constable and the rest of the crowd and say, “there do you feel better buddy”! No charges will be filed since everyone got a glimpse.
Ok raza have a great day.

What could have caused someone to burn down el echo, the only barrio newspaper this pasted weekend. El echo had not published a public newspaper in about twenty year, and was getting ready to re-open its press and start publishing again. El constable is asking for your helping for any information to whom or what had done this terrible act. A reward is being offered, and a subscription for 20 more years.
Yesterday at the regular Sunday taco gathering Esta Vato Loco announced that he was going to run for County Judge this coming election. Kingsville, Texas. Hello again  I am David Polar Bear Duran con today’s award winning barrio headline news;

Barrio Libro de la Cara website bans god?

Bicycle sales, down for 2015.

And some darn good news.

Now that the city has decided to re-group and start fixing the streets seem to have taken a bit of a budget increase. You see some barrio and folks from across the tracks want bicycle routes marked on them new streets and hope to keep those dangerous bicycle drives off the new sidewalks. In addition they are demanding que cross walks are made for all pedestrians and not just Presbyterians.

El circo Morales the owner of barrio recycle bicycles told us que sales have been down this 2015 due to the cheap prices of gas, and was hoping que the prices go up again so people can start riding their bicycles again. Look staying healthy and wish can only come con a twenty mile bicycle ride.

The owners of Libro de la cara website has told us que it is going to start banning posting of god and so forth on its  website. He also told us que the Christians who were so into him needed to chill for a while.  Sources close to god reported Thursday that the creator not our creator but that the one that created the Universe and Author of Our eternal salvation was tired of folks asking for his blessing when we have  already been blessed, furthermore he felt que there was no reason lying awake all night as he pondered his own immortality worldwide. In common terms I am real busy right now leave me a message. The owners were not answering their phone for more details.

Ok raza we just report the news, and if you believe it or not is not our business. Because your business is our business and my business is none of your business. God bless America.

Ten barrio family members were arrested in a drug raid.

And now so darn good news.

Yesterday during the day several awards were handed out to members of a group that had set out to travel the hood barefooted. The 20 member group were all awarded ten pairs of shoes and tennis shoes donated or found by the persons giving the award. Alright and congratulations too all.

The Palo Blanco is a new drug being used by senior citizens that claim it makes them young and healthier and whatever. Yesterday around four in the morning el constable Cadena and his barrio 666 task force raid the home of Juan Blanco and his whole family were arrested for selling this illegal drug. Charges were also filed against a man that was sitting on top a 30 foot tree acting like a nut. Oh by the way the contents of this drug was determine que it was dish soap, baking soda, and cigar assess. The constable said that the only thing this drug did was kept their digestive system healthy and kept their bowel movement regular. There was no proof that this drug was harmful or shameful.

After a short and long winded public hearing the barrio leaders are going to recommend a band on yoga pants in the hood. The band would apply to those persons wearing yoga pants several sizes too small. A permit would be sold at barrio community center located at the corner of third and wells. The permit would allow a person to buy this permit so they could wear yoga pants whenever and wherever, even if they are not taking yoga classes anywhere. Oh by the way in order to get a permit one has to weigh in. The band would not be happen till 2025. Enjoy them pants while you can!

Happy days are just around the corner: barrio 8 ball lotto!...

As we mention yesterday our creator is working on barrio song for our great president and how great of a job he has done when all the odds are against him. The name of the song has already been selected. More details later.

Today our barrio leaders will allow the barrio lotto folks another chance to run it this coming weekend. As you might recall the last time the lotto was run we have about 154 persons claim to have won the price of $2.50. The lotto folks have informed us that they got their act together and hope that this year’s winner will take all the prize money of $125.00. the lotto will run this weekend, tickets are going at $5.00 a chance. Good luck raza.
Barrio leaders will hold a public hearing today to listen to resident concerns why streets and other public works are not working on this side of town. And are asking why is it that Eastside resident have it so much better than we do, their streets are cleaner, trees are trimmer, grass is greener, alleys are neater, and no pot holes. We as on our side, streets don’t look clean, trees having been trimmed, grass is taller and dried up , alley are shut down due to construction never finished and thousands of pot holes. The results of this meeting will be published sometime in 2017.
Ok raza keep smiling and be happy.

Kingsville,tx. Hello again raza I am Bill Diaz con todays award winning barrio headline news:

Men do wear dresses.

24/7 web cam in action.

And now so darn good news.

Barrio leaders have announced que they will pick up from where they left off in repairing alleys and streets this next few months. The only problem is they don’t know where or remember where they left off or to start at, since it’s been at least 10 years.

For those who think you can out smart anyone but yourself must be living in a rancho. That is the case con esta vato that has nothing else do but post pictures of himself in public. Well last night the 24/7 webcam located at the corner of wells and third showed a video of this man trying to remove the camera from 100 foot pole it been braced on and clearly show him falling face first to the pavement. He was found this morning suffering from server injuries to his face, neck, head, ears, nose, missing some teeth and a broken arm. He was rushed to St Paul’s medical center for treatment and then transferred to a real hospital.

El constable cadena felt que he was a bit ugly to a person standing at the corner of third and wells late last night. It turned out that El constable had to arrest the same man three different times last night, due to the fact that he couldn’t stand there dress like Sancho clause. You see barrio leaders had already address this matter a few times before so they pasted a barrio rule that you can’t be dress like Sancho clause only between Oct. 31 to Jan 15 and no exceptions to this rule. But the last arrest took the cake when the same man came back dress like a woman but still had his Sancho clause underneath the dress. Charges will be filed. Oh by the way the man was reported saying “ I don’t see no sign that says no dress allowed”?

Ok raza tea for two and Tyler more, have a great Tejano. Barrio prepare for world wide release song  that honors our country and our great president.

hejola report for 02062015

Hejola report special edition, 02062015.

Cchwnn.

Kingsville,tx. Hello I am Bill Diaz con todays award winning barrio headline news:

Barrio lifts the ban on more than six sex toys per family.

Protest continue?

And now some darn good news.

Some members of hood are on a upraise  due to the comments made by one of our barrio leaders tell folks that when you work hard and pay your bills on time, life is so much better. But it seems that many in hood felt that they were being pressured by our barrio leaders on how to live their life’s regardless if you pay bill or not. The good news is that barrio leaders are trying real hard keeping the hood in the debt free. The hood has always believe que if you don’t have debt than you don’t have anything. The sad part about this comment is if you have debt and don’t have anything, than there the problem.

A group of anti-everything were asked to leave the corner of third and wells after a few weeks of protesting. The group do not have a name nor a person in charge they just get together and protest things on a daily bases. El constable tried to see what their real beef was but none of them were real sure what it was, nor willing to tell us what the beef was, one member of the group who was able to put more than five words together told us “so what it’s my right”, and left at that. A permit is going to be required now that this group has demonstrated that anyone or anything can protest regardless what it is or what it not. The permit will cost $100 per person of a group. Please note only applies to persons that cannot put more than five words together.

Yesterday el ojo barrio private and justice of the peace lift the ban on sex toys that had been passed back in 1998, when our friend and leader of the group “ let me put the finger on you committee”, who by is married to our prima Norma Vela, was able to convince barrio leaders to put the ban on sex toys in every household. Russell Rufus Redneck told us yesterday now that his much older doesn’t recall such action by his group and now he wonders if he such action was actually true. Anyhow happy days are back again.

Ok raza we predicted that come next December the hood population will increase by 20 percent. Have a great day, and hug a Tejano.
