barrio robber busted at st. paul’ medical center.

It seems que Chuy Ruelas, age unknown (32), visited the st. paul’s medical center late last night as he fled from El Barrio taco stand #7 that he had robber. It seems que chuy was running through la comadre backyards and didn’t see la commadre Maria Munoz cloth line which knocked him down and fell into a hole right next to her back yard, causing him to tumble down that deep hole and into a bigger hole. In doing this he lost control of his gun and some of the stash, during his fall. When he reported to the medical center he had a broken left leg, right arm and a real serious burn around his neck. The staff at the medical center were very suspicious when they asked him on how he was going to pay, and he pulled out the deposit bag from el barrio taco stand #7. Staff then called 918 and contacted el constable Cadena. Chuy was arrested at the medical center.

Barrio doctors tell us que increase of tapeworms.

Yesterday afternoon el doctor DR. CHON CHINGO CHON, medical leader for St. paul’s medical center gave Westside residents some real bad news at el barrio cruz rojo community center. He told the crowd of about 3 people que eating taco and other great Mexican dishes was a very serious matter for all off those that lived on our side of the tracks (Westside). He pointed out que some of those tapeworms grow inside many of us and can get up about 100 feet in length. He recommends que in order to prevent the little worms, he recommend eating more Chinese food, who by the way owns one right here at the Westinghouse barrio mall. At the same time he gave out discount cards to all the crowd. He plans on publishing his report in a view months con el Westinghouse barrio mall newsletter.

And finally family feud kills several family members.

According to constable cadena report, he tells us que two barrio families that have been feuding for ten years created a big ass ruckus late last night. It seems que la family Martinez killed la family Munoz’s cat, so when el senor found out he went over and shot la family Martinez prize winning pit bull. So when Mr.. Martinez found out he went over and shot Mr. munoz and his oldest daughter. By the time el constable got there, several shots were fired at his barrio security force 666 and wounding four of el constable staff. Furthermore before he could shoot el constable cadena, he manager to shoot el senor Martinez in the head several times, fatally wounding mr. Martinez. Charges are still pending due to the fact que no witness were alive to point out who fired the first shot.

Barrio use cars not giving test drives.

And finally some good news.

The barrio and city and county workers spend all weekend putting up all the old 1968 Christmas decorations up again. The barrio leaders were a bit disa...ppointed que the workers didn’t bring the 1958 decorations they had requested instead of the 1968 ones. But the leader of this year’s barrio Christmas spirit told us que she was still going to push for the older ones come next year. The difference is that the older ones were so much prettier. Just for the record, the decorations have been a good deal for the hood; every time they put up those lights it seems that there is less crime in the hood. Many say it’s because they love the holidays and are in good spirit all year round.

This morning the barrio animal control unit went over to la commadre Tina V. Gonzales and arrested her and then released her, when she went on a rampage on all of the animal control unit workers, who were trying to round up all 250 cats, she had in her back yard. After wrestling all 5 workers to the ground she was told to let them men go and they would drop the charges and leave her stinky ass alone. Before the animal control folks left they dropped a ticket in her mail box and made and made a run for it. Oh, by the way la commadre is 6’3” and weights 350 lbs. and is an ex professional barrio wrestler. One of the animal control workers told us que she caught all five workers off guard.

Yesterday it was announced that the five star car lots, which is 5 used car lots dealers found at the Westinghouse barrio area, will stop giving car test drives. Yes in the past we would allow a new customer to drive our new used cars for a test drive. Well it seems that all five used car lots have agreed that unless the customer is real serious about buy the car they will have to purchase $5 dollars of gas for that test drive.

and the hood prepare for the Halloween 2017!

The police were called in today at the home of enrique lopez Garcia, it seems que mrs garcia was on her last operation and didnt plan to make it... well it seems que the dr said que she was to too weak for the operation and didnt real need it.. with that in mind mrs GARCIA, is asking all her sons, daughters and grandkids to return all the stuff she gave away right before she went into the hospital. a court hearing is schedule for two weeks.

A large number of dogs have been reported missing to our barrio command post. we are not really sure who, or what is doing this, but if you have an leads into this matter please contact us at our command post.

PUBLIC NOTICEl last week’s winner of el barrio 8 ball lotto went to felipe garcia. the winner of the grand price of $2.00 dollars.

El barrio hit with a new British Colonialism.

Trickle-down economics might not be the answer, says es vato loco.

And now so good news.

We finally found out why our water bill was so freaking high. It seems que the folks living in front of our home who we share the bill with didn’t notice que their water heater had rusted the bottom out and running water ran freely for about several months. The bill this month was almost $900 dollars. The good news is que they, the city has not shut it down yet, but are willing to work with us on that bill, but won’t until we show proof que we fixed the water heater, ching.. a

Yesterday at a local tavern some persons were discussing the issue of wages and labor force in the hood. At the end of the discussion this reporter felt que a new era for the working class. The idea of a New British Colonialism has been able to make its way into the hood by seeking to produce a low wage labor force here in the barrio, by defeating some barrio unions, and for sure not providing enough healthcare­, depleting worker rights at some taco stands, rolling back regulation­, minimizing or doing away with corporate tax obligation­...in other words defeating the middle class, which we find ourselves not even part off.

And finally, last night at a political rally, es vato loco who is running for barrio represenative tried to explain to a handful of locos que we should not fall into this thing called “Trickle-down economics". He pointed out que "the trickle-down theory" is a terms used now a days, to describe the idea that tax breaks or other economic benefits provided by government to businesses and the wealthy will benefit poorer members of society by improving the economy as a whole. He also mention que a famous person Will Rogers once said trickle-down economics meant "money was all appropriated for the top in hopes that it would trickle down to the needy, was the whole idea behind that statement. In addition, esta vato loco pointed out que the only thing we have to look up too is cheaper beer and hope to make it to the next pay check.

Barrio penny store gets sued.

And finally seven vato burger gets robbed.

The family of the late Pablo Lozano filed a lawsuit late last night over the fatal head injuries he received when a bicycle knocked him down in a Barrio penny store parking lot late last year. The driver of the bicycle, Jimmy Moore, who was trying to get away from Mr. Lozano, was not sued. Based on the lawsuit, the cause of the fatal injuries was the negligence by the penny store, because it had mindlessly placed its tip jar in full view on a counter, thus provoke Moore into snatching up the money and make a run out the door, which inspired Lozano, as a good Samaritan, to chase moore and try to retrieve the employee’s tip jar back. The lawsuit will go to court in a few years.

Yesterday evening at our local barrio youth club el senor Marcos Garcia an elite donor of the youth club was honor during half time of a basketball game for his contribution to the club was nowhere around to accept his award, due to the fact que he was ejected from the stands in the first half of the game for harassing a volunteer referee about the officiating.

And finally, The Seven Vato Burger at the corner of third and wells was robbed by seven persons, well actually six men and one woman. Shortly after were arrested somewhere down the street. It seems that one of the seven persons involved with the robbery was an employee and son of the owner, el senior Sixto Kid. Charges will be filed.

But for right now, our creator Daniel Lopez has just stepped into the golden years as one young woman at the age of 64 calls it. I am not sure our creator is ready to set into this illusion, but it has a certain sensation that is a bit artificial and could play trick with his poor little mind that is always living in a state of figment of his imagination. But for now let’s get to that darn report:
Six things that could happen on your birthday.

60 year old Birthday party gone wrong.

And finally, 60 year old arrested in his birthday suit.

Jimmy Gonzales Munoz was arrested late last night at the corner bar for walking around naked. It seems que ole Jimmy boy got so drunk at the bar que he thought he was home and started to take his clothes off as he walked towards the bar bathroom. By the time he came of the public bar he hadn’t realize que he had removed all his clothing. That’s when a bunch of customers inside the bar threw his hairy naked ass out the door and into the city where a group of Jehovah’s witness were waiting for the city bus. They notice the naked man, and then call the cops on him. While they were waiting for the law dogs, the Jehovahs’ covered him with some of their hand outs enough to cover his private parts. Munoz was arrested and taken to jail.

Yesterday las commadres y some compadres pitched in to hire a stripper or someone for el compadres 60’s year birthday party. Now please understand el compadres is a modest man, hard worker and has been faithful for as long as we known him to be. So la commadre Ester Hummer Suckyourtoes agreed to do this charming thing, where she would pop out of a giant box designed to look like a cake. Well when all the party goers got there and were all under the family car port, they tried to wheel in the giant cake, when all of sudden the dam thing tipped over and fell on top of the table were all the goodies were causing a chain reaction of destruction. The bottom line is the birthday cake flew in the air and landed on top of el compadre’s head, cause a small fire on top of his head from the 60 candles that were lid up. La commadre Suckyourtoes suffered a major head injury, requiring emergency care. It took them about one hour to pull her out of that giant box she was in. charges are pending. Oh by the way the party ended right after that without opening his only present, which was the giant box designed as a cake. Chinga

And finally, a local author, Ted Nopal told us que he had come up con six things that could happen on your birthday:
1. You get home from work and find a booger on your shirt that must have been there all day.
2. You spot a dead thing on the middle the road and you run over it again, resulting in a flat tire.
3. You are forced to use Microsoft Windows version 2001.
4. You pick up your laundry find out you pick up the wrong dyer.
5. You get a giant zit on your face after you swallowed some chewing tobacco.
6. You pay for sex with a check and then she asks you if you can cash it.

In other news, Going into its first week, some barrio members have not given up on their protest against our news on writing about big women. The real issue here is why do we do this to great and wonder healthy women? Is there a reason? Is there a cause? Or is it that our creator is still pissed at the 400 lb woman that gave him hernia that one cold winter evening indulge in kinky sex? NO way. Here are some facts;

Now a message from our creator, hello I am Daniel and again out from my darkest room from my home. Now that I am going to be 67, I tried to recap what have and what had I done in my life up to now?  I was dawned by the fact that I never ever left 1970’s and I still wonder if I can catch up to 2017? I know old hippies never die , and I am sure that many would wonder why a chicano wanted to be a hippie in the first place.  Well it was pretty easy, raised in a family that stress being on time and  I took it on my own to embraces life to the fullest, tried to promote peace, love and some happiness, and up to now sure as hell stuck up for what I believed in. regardless of what folks think that hippies are, I was beyond “the dirty dread-locked tie-dyed pothead with the dead shirt on”. HIPPIES ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! Today I wll ask myself , think about all the money one spend on foolish and not caring about such ideology... What a contradiction?

Constable shoots sex doll by mistakes.

 

El compadre hopalong morales arrested.

 

And finally, barrio man tries to steal boat.

 

Sometimes things are not just right, that was the case of esta vato trying to steal a small sail boat that was locked up behind el constable office. Esta vato thought that no one had seen him pull away with the trailer and the boat half way on it. About three blocks down the road the boat made its way  off the trailer and onto the side walk. As esta vato loco tried to put the boat back on the trailer, the constable on patrol the area, decided to lead him a hand. Once the constable got closer to the boat he noticed que it was his boat. He arrested the vato and took him in. when the constable came back for the boat it was gone. Chinga. El constable is asking for your help in locating that sail boat. If you have any idea who took or where the boat is, the constable promises to give you a ride on it.

It seems que el compadre Morales felt que he needed to take his horse, silver, for a late nigh ride. The only problem was that he was intoxicated and was naked. As he rode his horse around the hood, some barrio residents  felt que he wasn’t no lady Godiva on that horse so many took it on their own to call the constable.  As the constable toured the hood looking for that male version of lady godiva, he came across him at the corner of third and wells street. After several hours of being chase through the hood, he finally gave himself up and asked permission to go to the bathroom. The constable arrested him and his horse. Charges are pending. 

Yesterday somehow el constable cadena got his chit mixed up and raided the wrong trailer home. It was in the middle of the night when el constable and his barrio task force 666, wanted to practices what they had just learned at some training they went too this pasted weekend. In following the instructions given to them, they forgot to make sure they were at the right address. When they got to the wrong address, they noticed a person standing by the window with some kind of weapon, the constable and his task forces didn’t wait to ask question but opened fire on the person standing by the window. Once they shot it with at least 125 rounds they moved in closer to look at their kill. When the dust settled it turned out to be a very expensive sex doll. Charges are pending. Oh by the way they gave up on the original bust.

Kingsville,tx. Hello I am Gloria Guerra con this week’s barrio mall newsletter. Well first of all let’s go con el general fideo vermicelli con last week’s dog show report.

General: si Gloria thank you and did we have a wild weekend. This past week it was not announced

pero we had our annual “ here boy” dog show and con our special speak Pedro the dog love, better

known here in our hood as “the barrio dog mutter”. Well things start off on the right foot but somehow

got off to the left foot. It seems que pedro must have had too much to drink the night before, because

he wasn’t as good as he has before. In his effort to show folks how to control a pit bull attack,

something went wrong. Pedro the dog love better known here in our hood as “the barrio dog mutter”

was seriously bitten and was taken or walked right over to our st. pauls medical center here in the

mall. His conditions are not known at this time. Hey Gloria we did learn something for esta vato,

chinga, and that was “ here boy” doesn’t work all the time. Now back to Gloria.

Well thanks general and I will try to remember that, chinga here boy. Oh well, in other news lets go to

our sports complex center con Frankie tuxedo zungia.

Frankie: si Gloria we don’t have the results of this year’s taqucha baseball championship due to the

fact que the scores couldn’t be confirmed due to the fact que el comparde juan cortez was the offical

on duty, got drunk and pissed off and took the scorebook records with him. At the present time we

have not seen or heard from esta pincha way. Now we are pending the results or the entry fee back,

chinga, oh where oh where can our compadre be. Now back to Gloria.

Three women arrested for shoplifting at mall,

Increase of cockroaches alert,

And finally plans on still on for sept 16.

Our founding fathers and mothers have informed us que plans are still on for this year’s sept.16 parade and party time at our Westinghouse barrio mall. The parade route will only include the other side of the tracks. Our barrio committee on keeping things fair and let me put the finger on you group will address the problem of why the parade cannot come into our hood since the majority of la raza live on this side of the tracks.

In other news a barrio alert went out this weekend que a army of reserve cockroaches had been seen coming into the hood from across the tracks says our cockroach specialist Jose Martinez Jones. Si raza be very aware que they are headed your way. So if you have noticed an increase in your normal cockroach population, they are part of that invasion. What to do you say, that will be covered on our next report. But for now keep on killing them and stepping on them as you go through life.

And finally three barrio women were arrested yesterday for selling balloons without a street vendor permit across the tracks. La sister Munoz, rosa one and rosa two and rosa three were taking into the police station across the tracks. While be questioned they were asked when and where they got these balloons from. Since the women did not have proof that they had purchase this balloons sometime last years,. They will have to wait for court in jail. Many barrio members are mad due to the fact que estas women were good girls and have never ever done anything wrong. Well almost anything wrong.

Now for the headline news for today;

Kids in the hood prepare for school,

Parents refuse to meet new school dress codes,

And teachers and schools employees go year round school.

It was announced today que los barrios schools for all levels will be going all year round. It is about time, was what many of los families in el barrio wanted. At least we know que our kids are getting the education they need. And the attention they have needed for years. It just seems que our kids weren’t getting the education says la mother of eight kids. Heck I need help in caring for this kids and the school is one source to keep an eye on them for most of the day. At least it allows me to find a job and a career. A teacher and a parent and a student conference will be held sometime in the future to review the new school plans.

A riot almost started yesterday in front of many of the schools in the hood when at least half of the kids in the hood were sent home for not meeting the new school dress code. It seems que this year the schools are making it mandatory that all student need to wear the new school uniforms. The grey and light blue uniforms have not been made available at our local barrio stores. And since many of the barrio members hate to drive across the tracks to large stores, and the WESTINGHOUSE BARRIO MALL has not opened it back to school stores, but has made it impossible for parents to purchase the uniforms.

The school administrators have extended and waived the school uniforms policy till sept. 20 of this year. At that time there will be no excuse for not having a uniform and students will be send home if they do not comply with the dress code.

Barrio leaders will meet at our barrio community center to survey the hood and see which families will be unable to purchase the uniforms. It was reported que each uniform cost around $45.00 each. Shoot we will be real lucky to see how many families will be able to purchase these uniforms, said a uniformed sourced. We are trying to have a fund raiser to see if we can purchase some uniforms for those children that their parents can’t purchase the required uniform. There should be no child left behind just because he or she doesn’t have a uniform, says a barrio parent.

And finally all the kids in the hood will be back in school sometime this month. This year’s our barrio’s attendances goal is to have at least 85% of the barrio kids in school. Compared to pass years el barrio has struggled in making all kids to attend school. This year parents will be called on for their support in  making sure que when the parent goes to work the kid goes to school. No ann.’s or its, butt’s, that is the law. So raza if you are driving in a school zone make sure que you drive slow and respect those adult-cross-the- street-guards helper’s con mucho authorize con su whistle.

Barrio leader brother mental ill.

Yesterday afternoon  barrio leader Trumpas younger brother was arrested from acting and looking stupid as he tried to make a get away on his three wheeler bicycle! A report had been filed by a unknown person saying that they had seen his brother LUPito Trumpas riding his bicycle in his underwear and when confronted by the constable  he told him catch if you can,can, can …. It only took ten seconds to arrest that poor fool.

 

Ten new residents move into the hood.

It seems that folks haven’t learn that we can still have farm animals in hood.  So knowing that la familia Davis moved ten new dairy cows into their back yard hoping to see if they sell some of the milk. Barrio leaders were real worried now that more farm animals are moving into the hood.

 

And finally more barrio bad news.

Now that the hot weather has moved in, city officals are a bit worried that barrio resident need to make sure they pay their bill on time if not the city is going to shut down all the electric power to that side of town, something similar to what happen last year at this same time. Barrio members have more than ten window air conditioner and doors open and window up that don’t help their electric bill. So the city has send out a notice to all those, pay or shut it down…

NOW with an update on the case of “on trail to the truth”, here is el ojo…

Hello my raza, I am “el ojo”. First of all thanks to all the folks that use highway 281 north, to all those that love to use their car horns, hey man don’t honk, give me a ride, pincha raza…oops.

Well we have been walking around here in san anto, first we stopped at the historical San Jose mission, and walked around for awhile looking for esta short vato with a fat face, but no luck, just found old stuff and lots of tourist. Buy used stuff, reminded me of my house, you know, I bet I can make lots of money selling that stuff.

Second, we managed to get to the Alamo and were hoping to see old guys with young chicks. Again no luck, puro old people, walking around, taking pictures of old stuff ….we did ask a cop, if he knew, you know who, and if he had any information about you know what… he said, let me see your papers boy, pesse hejolia, I guess that’s what I get.

Third, since we had so spare changes we when over to the 5 and dime store across the street and killed so time there, looking at all the stuff made in china. And then we walked over to the majestic theatre.. wow, man it has changed since the last time I was there in 1958.

And finally we managed to get to Breaking Bridge park. Stop there for a while looking around for a short guy with a fat face and young chicks,,, hejolia there was a bunch of them.. but none had since esa vato they call the voic... , who likes little girls,,,,,we wanted to hear. But we did see many of my primitive relatives at the zoo.. swear to god I honest though I saw mi brother  there, behind so small cage….eating some peanuts……

Well the end results was, we did find some interesting facts, not one no short dudes knew anything about what we were talking about. Second we will be walking around the city court yard waiting to see who might know anything about this injustice. Our next area will be the river walk, be looking for us….back to Jonathon..

Hello again, here we are at la pulga en Alamo, TX and man como are things without labels here. We are sure that many of us can be blame for this and then try to push them off on us…. Barrio sancho clause shot,

Barrio streetlighst are not working,

And finally barrio lotto leaders arrested.

It seems that if things could go wrong, they will. Well that is the issue con our barrio lotto, I am sure many were hoping to get a chance on winning or getting some free bucks from our barrio lotto, well it’s not going to happen. Late last night real county cops and city police along con el constable cadena busted Manuel Vela the acting director for the barrio lotto on charges of steal barrio funds, Spending barrio funds, misleading board of directors for lotto, and losing almost all the lotto funds on gambling, and traveling charges with no proof he went anywhere, and buying personal stuff. His court hearing is pending.

In the last twelve days there has not been one single barrio street light working starting from the Westside along the north bound railroad tracks, all the way down third street up to the corner of Richard street and down towards 6 th street. City official from across the tracks have told Westside resident that local taxes and other stuff are suppose to pay for such city services but since no one on our side of the tracks have not paid their yearly taxes, the city took it on their own to shut all city street light power off until some folks down here pay up.

And finally, our man sancho clause was shot three times late last night when somebody was trying to car jack his car that looks like  santa clause sled which he welded onto his 1979 ford whatever. His conditions are not known at this time but our constable cadena is asking for your help, if anyone has seen or heard anything dealing with this matter please contact us..

Kingsville,tx. Hello once again I am bill diaz, Now for our award winning barrio headline news:

Two get arrested outside dance hall,

 Five honor over saving several chickens,

 And finally the barrio vato goes to college.

Just yesterday morning a few vato’s who managed to get their g.e.d. during the summer were accepted at our local community college as freshmen. But the sad part of this whole trip was how expensive it is to go to college now a days. Since both vato’s live below the poverty level they were able to get some free aid but were concern con tantos loans they have to borrow in order to pay for this ordeal. We will keep track on this vatos and their adventure in college.

Now for other news, five men and women were honor late last night at our barrio community cruz rojo center on their brave efforts on saving a bunch of chickens on the express way from getting run over. Si, says el constable cadena que estos folks were on the express trying to round up estos pollos and nearly got run over. At that time they were arrested for being on the express way but charges were later dropped. Good job raza.

And finally, it started as a contest for the best polka dancing couple and ended up as a free for all outside the dance hall when a few contestants bumped into each other during the contestants. El constable is not sure how or why but it seems que looked like when one many a dance turn con su partner que it knocked down several of the other dancers. Chinga and than chit hit the fan. The arrested dancers and a few on lookers were arrested.

Ok raza there you have it for today, counting down towards the end of the year. oh yea.
