It seems que henry has two broken legs and can’t really get around but it didn’t stop him from relieving oneself in public. It seems que the stop light at the corner of wells and third was not working yesterday and it was on red for hours and hours, in which henry hadn’t realized this.

It seems based on the police report que Pedro had been sitting on that corner for more than three days and no one took notice, until yesterday morning when a drive bye noticed his shoes were missing.
