Kingsville,tx. Hi my name is Bill Diaz con today’s award winning barrio headline news.
Barrio prepares to pass law for cats need to be on a leash.
Barrio health care services shut down.
And finally vato arrested for paying its meal with pot.
Augstine Ramirez, 27, was arrested at the corner of third and wells right after he left tacos on the run stand when one of its employees called the constable to report that a customer had paid for his meal with pot. Once the constable got there, the employee handed over an ounce of pot to the constable as evidence, against Mr. Ramirez. He was arrested and the constable took the pot so he could test it and see if it was really good weed or not.
Yesterday state, federal and local authorizes arrested the owner of el barrio senior home health care services and shut it down for the poor service it was providing its clients. In one case, says el constable cadena, Maria Chapa owner of the health care services had allowed one of its workers to neglect an elderly woman and allowed her to keep her pets at home. The 92 year old lady when found was huddling around 40 cats, 10 ducks and various other animals, including turkeys and a small dog. The small home was reeking with animal urine, and two dead cats were found in the freezer. Charges are pending against ms. Chapa and her staff.
The “let me put the finger on you committee” met yesterday afternoon at the barrio cruz rojo community center to discuss a new city law requiring every cat to be on a leash when taken outside. The new law will be enforce within several weeks, allowing barrio residents time to get their cats to wear collar with tags with the name of the owner and another tag to prove they had their rabies shots. Another debate is schedule for next week concerning this new law.
