Kingsville, TX. Hello raza I am Santa Cecilia la que te canta, I am this year’s moderator for our Ventilado FEST 2012, form. I will be join by our own make believe conjuntos and Tejano make belief barrio music award winners. This year’s panel will include;
Lil Red, del conjunto Lil red y los 4 mariachi guys.
Lupe Lulu, Del conjunto ZULU.
Poncho palacios, Del conjunto poncho y pancha palacios ppp.

Hello again, as we all knew our time ran out and we were not able to go over the areas this panel wanted to review. But we were able to review one final point and that was security for conjuntos.
It was daunting challenge to even discuss this issue. But, once all the panel agreed that it was a topic that would come up. So we decided to make some headway.
How safe are we, and what are some key elements we as performers must be aware of. Here is a list they felt needed to be address:
1. When does a conjunto know it’s time to hire some type of security?
2. So the promoters of an event provide that for its acts the moment they arrive at the place, or have security already set up when they get to town?
3. If a conjunto does hire a security services, what should they be prepared to pay?
4. Should the price of a performance include payment for their security at the event either provide by the event or its own security.
5. Security after an event, such as getting back on the road, such as drivers, and other band members.
After the panel ended their session a few words were discussed about past make believe tejanos that had been shot or had accidents on their way home.
Lots of people, the general public sometimes doesn’t have an ideas of what it will take to get the band back home safe and sound.
